Which come up with a higher demand on the properties of the materials, traditional materials can not meet the development needs in the field of aerospace and automobile.
Therefore, this can make up for the inherent shortcomings of traditional materials.
So these areas lost load transfer load capacity, the tensile strength of composite materials with particles reunion is lower than SiC particle distributed uniformly[9].

Abstract: Glass target belongs to brittle target. In order to make use of PVC to enhance defensible performance of glass, combining glass and PVC for a target is considered in this paper.
Introduction The brittleness broken is an important failure modes for various materials or structures. In the quasi-static loads, these broke not only with external conditions (such as mechanical loads, thermal loads, etc.), but also with the initial micro defects of material, non-uniformity, etc. related to the fine structure.Impact loads, its broken form often associated with the role of dynamic load type (such as impact velocity, inertia force effects, etc.) have a more direct relationship. In this paper, based on the shells hit experiments,PVC composite membrane solid role is used, analysis of the glass / PVC layer plywood, glass panels in the shells hit the broken pattern found broken laminated plate glass panel of two superimposed cone, and extract the failure characteristics, draw some important data, and to provide a reference for the analysis of glass breaking. 1 A bomb strike experiment Experimental specimen together by an ordinary boring flat brittle and a flexible layer of

Cybernetics is the art and science of understanding, which connects these two sciences together.
If we consider the electron interaction with matter, unlike other types of radiation used in diffraction studies of materials, such as X-rays and neutrons, electrons are charged particles and interact with matter through the Coulomb forces [17] which means that the incident electrons feel the influence of both the positively charged atomic nuclei and the surrounding electrons, where the wave nature of electron controls its distribution with a wavelength given by De Broglie equation.
This can be the best method to use cybernetics as an art and science of understanding.
