Introduction
Advanced composite materials have many excellent properties ,like high specific strength and specific modulus, performance can be designed and easily overall forming.
The material is CYCOM 970 /T300 12K NT .We used Hashin failure criterion to describe damage.

For shorten the product design cycle and saved the cost, the 2.5L reciprocating compressor crankshaft is parametric designed by Pro/E. stress analysis about crankshaft during a revolution was done to check each dangerous cross-section based on dynamics, materials mechanics.
The static strength of journal can be checked by: (7) where σ-1 is symmetric bending fatigue limit (MPa) of crankshaft material; σ is normal stress (MPa) of dangerous point, [n] is the allowable safety coefficient, [n] = 3.5 ~ 5.
Journal deflection θ= 0.00021rad≤ [θ] = 0.00031 rad, rigid is enough.

For there are material nonlinearity, geometric nonlinearity and boundary conditions' nonlinear ,it has made some following settings:the dies are deemed as rigid body, and the shafts are deemed as plastic body, choose steel of 42CrMo2 as material, and the frictions between shafts and the dies are shear frictions, the temperature of the rolling is set as 1050°.

Introduction
Nano-material is an important research field of nano-science and developed in the mid-80s.
Nano-material was known as “the most promising materials in the twenty-first century” [1-2].
Its properties is not only differred from atoms, but also defferred from bulk materials[3].
At the same time, surface active agent can hinder the aggregation of nano-materials.
