Stress distribution is affected by matensite transformation.
Introduction Residual stress is an important consideration factor in the component integrity and life assessment of welded structures.
Temperature-dependent thermo-physical and mechanical properties are shown in Fig. 1.

It is also necessary to analyze and extract useful characteristics of variables from large quantities of data and eliminates the influence of relevant and repeated factors, so as to reduce as many feature dimensions of the samples as possible without affecting solving the problems.
PCA is a method to represent the original multiple variables with several comprehensive factors and make the comprehensive factors reflect as much of the information of the original variables as possible and the comprehensive factors do not relate to each other so as to reduce dimensions.
These comprehensive factors of y1, y2, …, yp are defined respectively as the first, second…pth principal components, and their variaces are degressive.
Case Analysis As data is known[10], we use meteorological factors to predict the occurrence degree of wheat midge.
Dimensions of raw data are reduced by PCA, which not only reduces data redundance but also eliminates influence of the relative factors.

The relationships between deposited film behaviors and sputtering target properties in some applications were also discussed.
The performance of thin film highly depends on the properties of sputtering target.
In order to select proper alloying elements, thermodynamic driving force and kinetic factors are to be considered.
Generally speaking, purity and composition tolerance may affect the film properties and reliability, while density, grain size and grain orientation may affect the particle generation and film uniformity.
It is true that desired properties are difficult to control for high purity materials.

Most importantly, the transparency and resistivity properties of the DLC films can be tailored to approaching diamond by adjusting substrates bias and volume C2H2, is important to many applications, which is improve film properties.
Which are important factors that can determine these properties to be suitable for applications in various forms Depending on the process of film synthesis and many elements that come as variables.
Therefore, in this paper, the study of the transmission properties and electrical properties of DLC film using the film synthesis process with ECR-CVD system with different conditions.

The former is used to describe the measure properties regard as space dimensions represent certain angle of observation.
These factors may lead to traffic accidents directly or indirectly.
Our task in traffic accident analysis is to research and find out factors leading to accidents synthetically.
Traffic accidents can bring huge losses to people's life and properties.

The shape of the object also affects its handling properties [19].
According to Yuan and Kuo [19], ball shaped objects have better handling properties compared to oval shaped and cylindrical shaped objects because ball shaped objects provide natural handling properties for the human hand.
Sometimes, a change in biomechanical factors such as pinch techniques, pinch width and wrist angles, can affect pinch strength [21].

And the dynamic characteristic in the assembly process is the main factor [1].
Because of these problems, the task of the high-performance mechanical systems cannot be implemented as desired.
The critical factor affecting the merits of the assembly is the assembly process.
These documents are unstructured and have large capacity, which are unable to be fully presented with the ordinary properties.
To solve the problem that Microsoft Word or Pro/E and other popular formats have different versions, [INTERNAL_VERSION_ID] property is set (Fig.4 (b)).

The stabilized austenite in the ADI matrix structure, though thermally stable at room temperature, can be expected to have limited stability when subjected to large mechanical strains.
Material Characterizations The resultant mechanical properties for the Grade 1 ADI and Grade 3 ADI obtained per ASTM E8/E8M-13a are shown in Table 1.
Both Grade 1 ADI and Grade 3 ADI met the minimum mechanical properties of Grade 1 ADI and Grade 3 ADI based on ASTM A897/A897M – 16.
Table 1: Mechanical Properties of DI 100-70-03, ADI and AISI 4340 Steel Material Tensile Strength [ksi/MPa] Yield Strength [(ksi/MPa] Elongation [%] Hardness [HB] 100 – 70 – 03 - - - 240 Grade 1 ADI 150/1034 108/744 13 320 Grade 2 ADI - - - 357 Grade 3 ADI 204/1406 162/1116 6 429 AISI 4340 - - - 351 Experimental Methods A series of face milling, turning and drilling experiments were conducted to evaluate the machinability of ADI.
Unlike in milling and turning operations, careful data analysis suggested that the drilling feed was the main factor that affected the drill life followed by the cutting speed.

During the process of SSM, the rheological properties of the slurry directly affect events during filling process and subsequently influence the microstructure of castings.
Therefore, how to sufficiently stir the slurry to produce homogeneously distributed small round particles is crucial to improve the mechanical properties of castings.
The influence of both two stirrers on the microstructure and mechanical properties of castings was studied.

This project is to develop a simple method to identify tribological properties of various lubricants by metal forming method.
Ring compression test is one of the most popular methods to evaluate friction condition because the deformation of the ring is easily affected by the lubrication.
t = mk (2) Euler’s fixed meshing where m is the friction factor and k= σ/3 is the shear yield stress.
The developed simulator proves its capability to generate an accurate friction calibration curve and able to predict a lubricant’s coefficient of friction, µ and shear factor, m.
