When the ratio of Al/Si decreased to 0.9/0.2, it declined to about 20μm.
We can show the formation process of Ti2AlC and Ti3AlC2 as follows when using mixture powders non-doing Si[13]: Ti2AlC can be formed by one layer [Ti6C] octahedron and one layer Al at initial stage of reactions [Ti6C]+Al+[Ti6C]+Al+[Ti6C]+Al+…→Ti2AlC (Eq.1) When the temperature increases, Al will melt and spread into the pores of the samples due to its low melting point.
This environment of short of Al is helpful to form Ti3AlC2 by two layers [Ti6C] octahedron and one layer Al at later stage of reactions.

Effect of Al content.
By contrast, a small amount of Al with Ti does not form alloys in the Al-Ti system.
In the Ti-Al system, TiAl alloy does not form at Al contents below 11 mol % but forms at low temperatures and Al contents above 11 mol %.

While El-Rehim, et.al [25] indicate that inhibitor mechanism started with inhibitor adsorptions followed by blocking several reaction areas without disturbing the equilibrium of anodic and cathodic.

Abstract
The ferromagnetic resonance frequency of single-layer magnetic films has been investigated in relation to lattice distortion.
Furthermore, Fu et. al. have reported that the anisotropic magnetic field depends on the lattice distortion in a Fe-Co alloy system [5].

Conventional low-alloyed TRIP steels usually contain only C, Mn, and Si, but additional alloying elements such as Al and P have been used in recent years to improve galvanizability and mechanical properties [1].
Ryu et al. [6], on the other hands, argued that partitioning of strain between phases, which closely relies on the homogeneity of microstructure, also plays an important role as another factor in determining the mechanical stability of retained austenite.
Change of tensile strength (TS), yield strength (YS), elongation (EL), TS×EL, amount of retained austenite (Vγ), and its carbon concentration (Cγ) in CMnSi and CMnSiP TRIP steels with austempering time.
CMnSiP steel generally shows poorer mechanical balance (TS×EL) than that of CMnSi steel (except at 15 min-austempering).
According to Ryu et al.’s study [6], strain partitioning is affected by microstructure and it strongly influences stability of retained austenite.

Initially, a HF dip was performed to clean and passivate the surface, followed by a blanket e-beam metal deposition (Ti/Al 20/100 nm).
The metal was then patterned by etching the aluminum in Transene Al Etch Type A with a photoresist mask, followed by a buffered oxide etch (BOE) of the Ti layer.
Furthermore, low temperature I-V measurements have shown carrier freeze-out at ~100K, consistent with the freeze-out temperature of Al-doped p-type SiC.
EL was not observed in the EG/n-SiC system under any bias condition.

Recently, Kumar [9],Deswal[10],Othman et al.[11,16],El-Karamany[12],Singh[13,15,17],Song,et al.[14], Kumar and Sharma[18,19] have studied various problems on wave propagation at interface between different half-spaces with microstructure by micropolar elasticity theory, micropolar generalized thermoelasticity theory or micropolar generalized thermoviscoelasticity theory.
It coincides with the results of Ewing et al.[20] for elastic case.
