Microstructure and mechanical properties of 22MnB5 Steel with different cooling method

(a) Original material (b) Air cooling (c) Metal die cooling (d) Water cooling Fig.2 Fracture structure at different cooling method The fracture structure at different cooling method are compared with the original material which is showed in Fig.2, there are large ductile dimple at the fracture surface of original material which is the typical ductile fracture, The fracture surface showed shallow dimple and quasi-cleavage fracture which is showed in Fig.2 (c) and (d), which are the form of brittle fracture.

As shown in Figure 5, the total energy production process from raw materials production of vehicle body components is greater than material processing process.
The CO2 in the production process of raw materials is far greater than the emission in motor manufacturing process.
As is known, the materials used for copper smelting is copper sulfide concentrate, which contains large amount of S elements.
