So although MD can simulate the microstructure behavior of materials, it still not been used widely in solving real engineering problem[14-15].
As a kind of metallic materials, TRIP steel is dissipative materials, so internal variables were needed to describe the plastic behavior.

Key technologies of diamond tool cutting of ferrous metals with ultrasonic vibration Hailong Wang1, a Xue Du2, b SuJuan Wang3, c 1School of Electromechanical Engineering, Guangdong University of Technology, Guangzhou 510006, China 2Department of Industrial and Systems Engineering, Hong Kong Polytechnic University, Hong Kong, China 3School of Electromechanical Engineering, Guangdong University of Technology, Guangzhou 510006, China aWhl_nick@163.com,bsandy.to@polyu.edu.hk,cgrace.wangsj@gmail.com Keyword: diamond tool, ultrasonic vibration, cutting, ferrous metal Abstract.
The key technology of diamond tool ultrasonic vibration cutting ferrous metals is presented in this paper and the influence of the processing environment of the presence of carbon atoms protective gas, the presence of carbon particles coolant of temperature control technology, ultrasonic vibration, workpiece material surface pretreatment or without on diamond tool wear rate and workpiece surface quality, the relationship between diamond tool wear rate, the workpiece surface quality and the ultrasonic vibration technology, processing environment, workpiece material surface pretreatment technology factors is given.
Under diamond tool once processing, obtain the workpiece with ideal surface shape precision and excellent optical grade surface quality, and the processing efficiency is much higher than that of polishing, grinding etc., diamond cutting tool is an important tool for processing diffraction grating, aspheric lens and other high precision optical elements, but diamond tool ultra precision machining materials are limited to non-ferrous metals, optical glass and other non-ferrous metal materials, diamond tool wear fastly is the main problem in diamond tool cutting ferrous metal processing, the wear rate of diamond tool cutting steel is 10000 times faster than cutting copper, and the workpiece surface quality is not ideal[1].
The analysis conclusion is that a large number of unpaired d electrons in ferrous metal materials is the main reason of diamond tool chemical wear, metal elements catalytic theory get change rule between metal catalysis catalytic and diamond tool wear, In cutting processing, unpaired d electron in metal make covalent bond rupture in the diamond lattice, aggravate diamond tool chemical wear.

Running Analysis When Change the Installation Angle of Cooling Fan for the Engineering Machinery Engine Jianzhuo Zhang1, a, Meng Gao1,b, Tianzi Zhu1,Kangkang Li 1 1 College of Mechanical Engineering, Liaoning Technical University, Fuxin, Liaoning, 123000, China ajz_zhang134@126.com, bchuan195@163.com Key words: engineering machinery engine, cooling fan, automatic angle modulation, Fluent.
Introduce the practicality of automatic angle modulation cooling fan used in the engine cooling, calculate the performance data when automatically adjusting angle fan in different installation angle during operation by Fluent, do a comparison analysis of the data, draw the curves of cooling fan flow-total pressure and flow-efficiency in the different installation angle, make sure the operation law of the fan and the range of adjusting angle, and proof the automatic angle modulation cooling fan meet the requirement of the engineering machinery engine cooling, adapt to the working conditions of engineering machine.
If the engine temperature higher than optimum temperature (overheating), this will decrease the gassing factor of the cylinder, performance of the Engine will drop; Higher temperature will destroy the lubricant film, and make lubricant oil deteriorated, the normal work of the lubricate system will be affected; high temperature also can reduce the mechanical strength of the metal materials, the carrying capacity and so on[1].
The engineering machinery engine, in the right working conditions, whether the winter or the summer, the most general situation is engine overheating, the supercooling is always happen at the time of engine starting in winter, so time of the cooling fan running in the little installation angle is shorter.

The rotation speed of this flywheel rotor is set 50000rpm and the multi-ring composite components adopt the same materials.
The half-elliptic isoline near the inner surface illustrated the weakness of the metal materials graphically.
There are many approaches to reduce the maximum stress of the structure to ensure the safety of metal materials.
However, the tangential stress is not the key attention for high strength characteristic of composite material in the fiber direction.
