The recent worldwide surge of steel consumption, mainly of low-strength carbon grades, has created raw-materials shortages and price increases.
However, materials used for such a substitution must combine high weight reducing potential with low cost.
Raw materials, such as iron ore, coke, scrap, etc, are in short supply, triggering price increases.
This is evident from price increases in raw materials, energy and sea-transport fees.
For that reason microalloyed steels deserve to be classified as advanced structural materials.

Goswami model defined the dynamic viscosity to flow behavior of materials because of the mean stress/strain; nevertheless, the mean ratcheting strain rate could characteristic the flow behavior better than the strain rate.

All kinds of complex solid and fluid models were widely used to describe rheological properties of the material such as the asphaltic sand [7-9], asphalt mixtures [10] and rock [11] in recent years, but the researches were relatively rare on using to describe the rheological characteristics of the solid propellant materials.
Materials and Methods The double-base propellant main raw materials include: Nitrocellulose (NC, 56%), Nitroglycerin (NG, 26.7%),Dinitrotoluene(DNT,11.3%),the others (6%).Test specimens were taken from the double-base propellant grain.
