This article expounds the new ways in the process of the eco-industrial parks’ construction and management from the beginning of construction to the present, focuses on the construction of information platform, data platform, technology innovation platform and the reform of new management mechanism.

Using measured data from actual tunnel excavation sites, the numerical identification method presented in this paper is shown to be useful for practical tunnel excavation.

Introduction
With the increasing bandwidth requirements of internet and multimedia communications, the application of Optical Fiber Systems are rapidly expanding to High-Speed data communication systems mandating Integrated and Low-Cost Designs.
Therefore, FCG is more efficient in the reduction of input impedance than RGC stage, which can be indicated by the preponderance of f3dB_FCG over f3dB_RGC.
In addition, the most attractive feature of an FCG configuration is that it achieves input impedance reduction with low V i, which not only alleviates the negative effect on gm1 caused by the body effect but also releases more voltage headroom for R1, which boosts the transimpedance gain.
Therefore, FCG is more efficient in the reduction of input impedance than RGC stage, which can be indicated by the preponderance of f3dB_FCG over f3dB_RGC.

The difficulty can be explained that character reduction depending on low approximation sets is so sensitive to noise that many valuable rules can not be extracted.
VPRS [1], presented in 1993 by Ziarko, can overcome the shortage of sensitivity to noise enhances robustness of data analyzing and processing.
Data processing using VPRS model [7] should utilize the result of discretization of attributes.
Classificatory error parameter is to enhance the robustness in processing mistake and invalid data by allowing the presence of error classification.
By allowing the presence of classificatory error, it improves ability of processing data with noise.

Friction reduction and wear resistance significantly was enhanced by introduction of WS2 in MMC’s matrix.
Each steps has duration of 300 s.The normal load applied on the pin and tangential force arecontinuously measured throughout a computerized data acquisition system.
It clearly appears a degradation of the friction reduction properties by addition of this solid lubricant in the Stellite matrix.
By increasing the amount of WS2, friction reduction properties are reinforced, and sometimes µ for MMC with highest amount of WS2 is lower than in the case of Stellite.
