Physical properties of sands and the recycled waste.
On the contrary, the factors DS content and RA content, as well as the interaction between the factors DS content and BW content (DS×BW), do not significantly affect the flexural strength of the eco-mortar [41].
On the other hand, the ANOVA analysis shows that the DS content and RA content factors do not significantly affect the two tests.

Young's modulus is one of the basic mechanical properties of materials, so its accurate measurement has great engineering significance.
Then it gives the experimental measures to reduce the impact of the factors.
Major Influencing Factors Analysis The major influencing factors that affect the measurement results of the experiment include: the load clamped by fixture is uneven, the workpiece is pre-stretched or not before measured, the hardening time of the strain gauge binder, and sticking quality of strain gauge.
(4)The process of welding wire must be fast and correct, so as to avoid emerging oxide and affecting the solder joint quality.
Avoid to make the iron stay on the surface of the workpiece too long, otherwise the high temperature will influence the properties of workpiece [12].

In order to study the mechanical properties of tack coat for asphalt pavement, the interlaminar shear test is introduced.
Material properties and construction practices are important factors for interface bonding condition.
In practical terms, very few procedures or tests have been considered the normal stress affecting the interface shear strength.
This study is focused on the laboratory measurement of shear interface properties between asphalt layers by interlaminar shear tests.
The properties of these two emulsified asphalt are listed in Table 1.

The involved manufacturing processes which including thermal-mechanical processes, material deformation, machining or any of operations that change the shape or properties of metals can lead to the origin of residual stresses in components.
Therefore, the engineering properties of structural components, such as fatigue, distortions and dimensional stabilities will all be considerably influenced by residual stresses [10].
The degree of distortions depended on the magnitude and geometric extension of the residual stresses, as well as many other factors, such as heat-transfer coefficients between parts and quenchants, uniformity of the quench, heat flow within the steel, transformations (as a function of chemistry, position, time and temperature cooling rates), carbon concentration gradients in carburized steels, temperature-dependent mechanical properties and plastic flow characteristics of mixtures of austenite and its decomposition products[14].
Also, to decrease the cooling gradients between different parts, such as, proper heat treatment approaches with excellent microstructural properties, can further improve the dimension stabilities.

The results show that: the unloading process is an important factor affecting the structural vibration; Displacement peak and open grab time are inversely proportional; Increase the open grab time can reduce the vibration of the structure.
Wang Shu-Zhen (2009) and some other researchers showed that lifting process influence is an important factor of the crane structure vibration [1-4].
He Cheng-Zhong (2010) in the paper pointed out that under portal crane with Self-Funnel unloading process, funnel had the dynamic load impact, the impact would bring crane structure vibration sharply, the crane stress response and displacement response would be peak, unloading process was also an important factor affecting the structural vibration [6].Structural vibration can destroy some sensitive components of the portal crane with self-funnel, so the research of the dynamics analysis under unloading process has important theoretical value and engineering application value.
(2)The bulk impact the funnel is one of the main factors to affect the structure dynamic characteristics, the structure vibration is intense, the displacement changes particularly fast

The Basic Characteristics of RAC and Mechanical Properties from Experimental Chao Gao1, a ,Zhu Pan1, b, Shaoxia Gao, Baochu Yu, Hongfei Mao 1Dalian Ocean University, Dalian, Liaoning116023 a gc@dlou.edu.cn, b panzhu@163.com Keywords: regeneration aggregate concrete (RAC), natural aggregate concrete (NAC) surface structure, apparent density, bulk density, water absorption, mechanical properties Abstract: This paper focuses on mechanical properties of RAC, And other relevant characteristics of RAC, also made lateral comparison with NAC.
Another because the internal transverse crack produced with concrete broken, and the surface often wrapped a layer of cement mortar, so both the short-term performance such as the strength of concrete workability or long-term performance such as endurance, RAC mostly less favourable than natural aggregate concrete(NAC).Through introduction comparison of the RAC and NAC,this paper elicits some characteristics and development of RAC,also the use of the required attention. 1.The surface structure of recycled aggregate Aggregate particles refers to particles of macro geometry, it is the important geometrical properties for granular materials, the particle shape quality directly affect the new mixing concrete workability and hardened concrete strength and durability.Although there is much differences between RA and NA, and even affect the intensity, however through experiment we found this strength gap can be defined by using standardized ,as long as the allowable range, this strength gap
Cement mortar after hardening have low density and roughness surface, a large number of cracks within the process of breaking making it’s void larger, these factors necessarily make stacking density and the apparent dencity of RA below NA.
Table IV Bibulous rate from C20 ~ C50 bibulous time RA(original concrete strength) NA C20 C30 C40 C50 10min 4.06% 4.07% 4.15% 3.28% 1.01% 30min 4.46% 4.27% 4.15% 3.28% 1.01% 30h 4.67% 4.47% 4.36% 3.48% 1.62% From three conclusion we summarized above, bibulous rate of regeneration aggregate is unable to achieve low bibulous rate standard of natural stone, for the production itself, the bibulous rate of fine aggregate is higher than the coarse aggregate, and decrease with the increase of particle size, the water absorption of recycled aggregate is also related to its apparent density, and increase rapidly with its apparent density decrease. 4.Mechanical properties in experiment a.
