The flowing velocities are dependent on the size and gravity of the abrasives and the vibration energy is determined by the material properties and the hardness of the abrasives.
However, the micro-burrs in surface finishing will occur and affect the subsequent processing quality and functionality.
But the grinding machining likely to be artificial and size restrictions which affect the final quality of the workpiece.
The workpiece material used in this study is 6061-T6 aluminium alloy, its material properties are shown in table 1.
In the experiment, the single-factor is chosen to examine the effects of fixture direction of workpiece on the burr removal efficiency of micro drilling holes.

The quality of the parts produced is evaluated mainly in terms of their mechanical properties, dimensional accuracy, and the homogeneity of the material.
The quality of the parts is affected by a set of processing parameters and by the quality of powder used.
However, an effect human factor on the results of defect analysis should studied in more detail.

The work of energetic material is the critical factor when weapons damage targets.
The factors that affect detonation sensitivity of explosive are both to do with the nature of explosive and the filling process and charging methods.
These flaws will affect the flight safety and reliability of ammunition in whole trajectory, and even reduce the power.
During the process of spin-forming, liner does not go through the annealing treatment, once-through shaping, therefore, the Intensity and the hardness have a large amplitude enhancement, and the different parts of mechanical properties maintain homogeneous approximately.
In the procedure of batch production, the consistency in size and mechanical property of spinning liner is better [7].

Plastics injection molding is extensively utilized producing products with great properties and complex geometries.
A number of critical parameters were investigated such as the filling time, melt temperature, mold temperature and injection pressure limit taking into account the material properties and the machine’s features, however only the very basics are presented in the current paper due to page limitation.
Pressure at end of packing is an additional factor that should be studied to avoid any manufacturing defects.
A successful injection molding operation of the polystyrene part Plastics injection molding is a complex process involving a great number of factors that need to be taken into account.

Therefore, it is necessary to analyze the mechanical behavior of this unit under specific load conditions.
Fig. 2 Track Tensioner Unit Failure Analysis Failure analysis is a very important factor for the designer and manufacturer to know the reliability of their design or product [1].
Due to their good mechanical properties and low densities, these alloys have an edge over other conventional structural materials [5].
Those payloads (200N, 500N and 1000N) affects on the parts or components of robot.

The linear speed v determines the amount of time required to cut the stone for a given cutting finish, thus directly affecting productivity and quality.
While v, w can be changed continuously without affecting much the manufacturing procedure, modifying h significantly affects the way the product is fabricated.
This hypothesis assumes that the mechanical properties remain unchanged during the experiment, which is not the case for a natural stone.
The restrictions discussed above for f(v) curves, regarding fluctuations in material properties, apply also for f(w) and f(h) curves.

Abstract.
Stress intensity factors for all specimens were calculated using the expressions recommended in ASTM E647.
For superposition approach, the total stress intensity factors from both applied load and residual stress can be superposed together: (1) The stress intensity factor range and effective stress ratio is calculated: (2) (3) So, the stress intensity factor range with the presence of residual stress is independent of the residual stress, however the stress ratio is significantly affected.

The curriculum task requirements: master through the basics of learning materials commonly used material properties, use and test detection skills, in order to work in the rational selection and use of materials.
This question requires an understanding of the relationship between the characteristics of the structural hierarchy and material properties, and focus on understanding the impact of material porosity and its corresponding materials.
The physical state characteristics indicates that the material properties (including the density, bulk density, apparent density, porosity and the physical properties of the material should be focused, as well as a bulk density and porosity of the particulate material), and with water, the heat-related properties (including probate-based and water-repellent, water absorption, water resistance, frost resistance and thermal conductivity).
(2) Due to the wide variety of building materials, with different properties, project cost, the selection of materials to pay attention to the following performance requirements: production, construction, performance and recycling performance: whether the rich resources of raw materials, production, transportation and construction process consumes too many resources pollution of the environment and energy, whether, workability, construction and cycle available; mechanical properties: strength, hardness, rigidity, strong modulus, creep, toughness, fatigue resistance; physical properties: density, deformation capacity particle size; durability: weathering, damage, impermeability, etc.; chemical properties: acid, alkali.
Factors affecting factors: the structural characteristics of the material, strength, moisture content and degree.

The load sharing was affected obviously by asymmetry of gear backlashes, stiffness of shaft supporting and gear position.
Split torque transmission design needs to study how internal parameters of transmission system affect load sharing and the interaction of internal parameters affect load sharing, this study shows different parameter how to affect load sharing, and it can improve the split torque transmission design.
Solving and results is defined as load sharing coefficient (, as power of two power path), while , load sharing coefficient will be 1; the more differ power between , will bring larger load sharing coefficient and poorer load sharing properties.
(3)The installation and other factor causing asymmetric gear blacklash on both sides which greatly affecting load sharing, reducing the asymmetric gear blacklash is the key to improving performance of load sharing

Due to the variety of the tasks solved by modern construction, the properties of Portland cement are far from optimal in all cases.
One of the ways of deep modification is to obtain the composite binders on its basis, the properties of which largely depend on the mineral additive.
In addition, the works in which the combined effect of organic and mineral additives on the properties of concrete has been studied, are known [22].
Additional confirmation of this can serve as Portland cement, which differs insignificantly in its technological properties from the pure Portland cement.
