Design and Preparation of Al2O3/TiC/CaF2 Self-lubricating Ceramic Tool

Abstract.
There are three ways of the combination of ceramic matrix and solid lubricant, as Fig.3 shows: (1)The content of lubricant is low, which is completely separated from the ceramic matrix, as Fig.3 (a) shows.
Thus, the self-lubricating ceramic tool materials can get the continuous ceramic matrix and form reticulate structures, and the solid lubricant is coated in the reticulate structures.
