Polypropylene and wood flour were used as raw materials, maleic anhydride grafted polypropylene(MAPP) as compatibilizing agent, wood-plastic composite(WPC) was prepared by compression molding process.
Experimentals Raw materials The materials used in this study were 20 mesh poplar tree wood flour(WF) from Siyang County,China,polypropylene(PP),EM840A 5H06NA10,from SunAllomer Ltd,USA and MAPP produced by Nanjing Huadu Science and Technology Co.
The mold together with the pieces of the mixed raw materials was preheated at 180 ºC for 5min first, then molded at 180 ºC and 10MPa for 90min.

In consequence, composite microspheres prepared with the inorganic materials should have potential application prospect in the field of low-density proppant. 2.
Charging feed according to the formula materials table (Table 1), heating continued up to 70 °C with constant stirring for an hour, up to 80 °C for an hour, up to 90 °C for an hour.
A large number of studies have indicated that[3]: Nano inorganic materials add to the organic components, due to the interaction of table interface, lead to the polymer group vibration affected accordingly.
