Introduction Carbon fiber reinforced polymer (CFRP) composites are increasingly being used for a wide range of applications in the aerospace and automotive industries, owing to their superior physical and mechanical properties relative to weight over traditional materials such as steel and aluminium (CFRP is ~70% and 40% lighter respectively) while being only ~20% more expensive [1].
However, the highly abrasive nature of the carbon fibers and the low thermal conductivity of the resin matrix result in rapid tool wear, thus affecting the performance of cutting tools and surface quality [3].

The aim of the study was the Kammback effect, that allows to improve the aerodynamic properties of vehicles shapes.
This effect allows to shorten the body in relation to the original shape without worsen aerodynamic properties of shape.

In terms of its production technology, the technique formula of the raw materials for gypsum board is not only the main factors to determine the quality, but also determine the use of equipment related to production technology.
Studying the effect of water reducing agent on properties of gypsum, it can be found that compatibility of naphthalene series and gypsum is best.
There is no overlap with each other into a network, so the mechanical bite force between the materials is low.
In addition, when naphthalene superplasticizer is added into gypsum, on one hand it can play a significant role in promoting coagulation, on the other hand it can reduce the mixing water, and then it can improve significantly the mechanical properties of plaster.
When the mix ratio of the plaster, foam, coagulant agents and other raw materials maintain a certain and the mobility of plaster maintain essentially the same, adding the naphthalene superplasticizer into the production of gypsum board has no adverse effects on performance including setting time and mechanical properties.

On this basis the foundation settlement factors was analyzed systematically that focus on the elastic modulus of pile, pile spacing, pile diameter and pile length in foundation treatment, especially for the characteristics parameters of contact element.
Because the roadbed left and right sides are symmetrical, in order to reduce the computing workload, the physical and mechanical properties of cement-soil compaction pile is adopted which has been disposed to replace the original pile, and the half structure for numerical calculation of composite foundation is taken.
Reasonable mechanical model has been established, appropriate mechanical parameter has been chosen and then the mechanical characteristics of structure-soil surface is understood in depth.
Two element parameters which affect pile settlement significantly is analyzed, that is ultimate shear stress and shear modulus.
