This study therefore investigated on the Effect of Water Cement Ratio (WCR) on Strengths Characteristics of Concrete Produced with Recycled Iron and Steel Slag (RISS) Aggregate. 2.0 Materials and Methods 2.1 Materials The materials used for the study include fine aggregate (sharp sand), cement, water and coarse aggregate (granite and RISS).
Batching of materials was by weight and each specimen was cast in three layers; each layer was tampered 25 times with the tamping rod.

General epitaxial growth is performed on off-axis 4H-SiC(0001) substrates, which would raise the cost of materials and devices, reduce the performance and reliability of the device because of the basal plane dislocations reproduction[4, 5].

Thus, it can be possible to assess environmental impacts of building materials by using local data.
Identification of the Expert Panelists Panelists are selected from the environmental experts in the universities, government and building materials sector.
WFs are also evaluated separately according to the experts from the academia, government and building materials sector [Table 3].
