The stability of Ca-based sorbents during cyclic runs can be achieved via the incorporation of inert support materials.
Calcium oxide (CaO) is the most promising materials among the other solid CO2 sorbent [3,4].
Some of inert support materials including Al2O3, ZrO2, Mn2O3, CeO2, La2O3, Y2O3, Nd2O3 and MgO [5-9].
MgO is the most promising material compared to other inert materials available as well as it is less expensive compared to others.

Introduction Biodegradable stents have been getting attention from many researchers and engineers in biomedical and materials research fields since they can do their specific function for the estimated period of time and then steadily disappear.
