At present, harbors, bridges, tunnels, marine engineering and constructions are increasingly developed in China, resulting in the rapid growth of reinforced concrete structures in coastal regions.
Large trestle wharf and other important marine engineering facilities are usually designed for 50 years or even centuries of service life.
Engineering receiving inspection and tracking results showed that the implementation of the program achieved good repair and anticorrosion effect.

All the performance indexes of fresh concrete and the concrete after 90mins have met the self-compacting concrete test standard of Japanese Civil Engineering Association and the construction requirements of fluid concrete.
The results show that the deformation values of three groups of mix ratio are with no significant difference from the consequences of the swell-shrinking properties under the limited conditions, while the restricted expansion rate is larger, yet the restricted drying shrinkage is small in Group 2, All the three mix ratios above have met the requirements of assessment index, which features that the 14d restricted expansion rate of the micro-expansion fluid concrete in the water is more than 1.5 × 10-4 . 4 Conclusion (1) C50-C80 fluid concrete can be prepared according to the requirements with CAN efficient water reducer, coarse aggregate of 5-16mm (or 5-20mm) and appropriate mix ratio, of which all the performance indexes meet the self-compacting concrete test standards of Japanese Civil Engineering Association and can be widely applied in engineering
