The aim of this study is, to increase the wear resistance of the tools by modifying the surface.
The main alloying element molybdenum is also a transition metal.
According to examination under cold condition steels with nickel alloys lead to high adhesive wear [14].
A larger amount of these stable chemical compounds enable an increase in the wear resistance.

In face milling this aim can be achieved first of all by increasing cutting speed and feed.
The aim was to examine how the change of the chip size ratio influences the components of cutting force.

SHS is a unique method for making certain advanced materials such as metals, alloys, ceramics, intermetallic compounds and especially an advanced composite material.
Based on fig. 1 the calcination process at an excess temperature will produce black color, because of organic compounds in the form of carbon found in fish bones.
It was easily integrated with other metals, to produce high-performance alloys.
Ti alloys on HAp that act as an oxidation protector is also able to bind the powder granular bonds as well, whereas Cu in HAP alloys acts as a catalyst in the bonding process - with other metal elements such as Mg and Al.

Since 440C stainless steels are used in these extremes, electrolytic ceramic double layer coatings have been verified to improve the corrosion and wear resistance of alloys.
It had been reported that Al2O3 coating has an outstanding high temperature corrosion resistance and ZrO2 coatings on alloys shown the extreme adhesion strength on alloys [5].
The aim of the calculations was to predict the phase equilibrium for various temperatures.

A particular interest for various applications is the welding of dissimilar materials, namely aluminum alloys with steel.
This combination of materials is used to make industrial components that aim to combine the mechanical strength of steel with the low mass of aluminum alloys.
Joining by welding between aluminum alloys and steels, as couples of dissimilar materials, using conventional fusion welding processes is difficult to achieve due to the large difference between the melting temperatures of the two materials, as well as the fragile Al/Fe intermetallic compounds which can be formed in the area of the joint of the two materials [14].
A Fig. 8 Macroscopic aspect – FSW-US welding of DD13 steel [21] Analyzing the macroscopic image of a sample taken from the welded joint (shown in Fig. 8) highlights an darker area (marked A) in which intermetallic compounds or other compounds formed may be formed and due to excessive wear of the welding tool in the time of its action on the base materials.
Welding between steel and aluminum alloys, as couples of dissimilar materials, is generally difficult to achieve.

Nickel-titanium (NiTi) alloys have been largely applied in biomedical devices due to their special properties of superelasticity and shape memory.
This study aims to develop an appropriate coating to help delaying crack nucleation and corrosion in NiTi alloys.
The main mechanism of corrosion in NiTi alloys, when applied as biomaterials, is associated with the affinity between nickel and chloride ions present in body fluids.
However, little is known about coating application effects on the fatigue strength of these alloys.
The ZrO2 coating also modified the surface morphology of NiTi alloys, decreasing its roughness.
