The results show that the ceramic coating growing on the surface of Q235 carton steel in situ presents an irregular porous structure; and the electrolyte and the element in the basal body exist in the ceramic coating in the form of amorphous state.
Under the combined action of thermochemistry, plasma chemistry and electrochemistry, the working area is introduced to the high voltage discharging area from the common anodized Faraday area by higher voltage, and then the ceramic layer with higher combination strength is formed on the surface so as to improve the corrosion resistance, high-temperature oxidation resistance, wearing resistance and insulation of materials are greatly improved.
It can be seen from Fig. 1a that the ceramic coating is an irregular rough and porous form; the hole is multi-layer structure; meanwhile, vast of melt similar to the paroxysmal eruption is piled up around the hole; and some holes are shielded by the melt.
Conclusion The ceramic coating prepared by the micro-arc oxidation can present the irregular and rough porous form; the hole has similar multi-layer structure; the electrolyte and the element in the base take part in the film formation process; and the elements exist in the ceramic coating in the form of amorphous state.

Among wide variety of synthetic photochromic molecules, those having hexatriene-cyclohexadiene type structure such as diarylethenes have been extensively studied due to their thermal stability in both colored and bleached states and relatively high photochromic reactivity in solutions and even in solid states [2 - 4].
The structures of diarylethene 1o were confirmed by 1H NMR (400 MHz, CDCl3, TMS): δ 1.96 (s, 6H), 4.44(s, 2H), 4.53(s, 2H), 7.28 (s, 2H,), 7.40 (d, 4H, J = 8 Hz), 7.51 (d, 4H, J = 8 Hz) Scheme 2.

Abstract.
Since AlN has 2H-type structure and dissolves into 2H-SiC [2], AlN is possible to form the solid solution with SiC, changing the sintering behavior.
The short-time sintering by SPS is useful to retard the grain growth and also to form the porous structure with retarded densification.
