The wear properties of the mandrels change as the plugging process occurred under various initial conditions.
Despite the high number of carried out experimental works, assessing the influence of technological factors on the metal sliding in the deformation zone and the wear of the mandrels during screw rolling is still hard.
The research object of this work is a plugging mandrel, which has been assigned the properties of X38CrMoV5-1 steel (0.4% C, 5%Cr, 1.5% Mo, 1% V).
The mechanical properties of materials have been extracted from the software’s database.
The wear rate of the tool is conventionally defined as the lost volume on the surface per unit of the metal distance traveled, is a function of many factors, including the normal force F acting on the sliding surface, their metal sliding Vi, temperature T, as well as material thermal, mechanical, and physical properties [16].

The preservation chamber is constructed using straw-stabilized refractory clay, which underwent a prior study on its mechanical and thermophysical properties, as described in [36].
Indeed, the material used for constructing the walls has thermal properties favorable to insulation [36].
Additionally, the decrement factors are very low, ranging from 0.081 to 0.337.

Introduction
Natural stone materials with good properties, its texture, resistant to wear and corrosion, become the world's most important construction materials since the ancient times.
With different content of its composition, the physical and chemical properties of the stone material are quite different.
The factors influence the fracture of the granite thin slab can be divided into the external factors and internal factors.
The external factors in the process of grinding are force and vibration.
The internal factors are native cracks, micro voids, grain boundaries of the granite thin slab, etc

Aluminium is a widely used metal in various industries due to its excellent mechanical properties, low density, and high corrosion resistance [7].
However, the corrosion resistance of aluminium can be affected by factors such as the environment, temperature, and the presence of other metals [12].

The material selection must improve the properties while comparing with the existing one.
One of the main material properties that are to be taken more care of is the damping characteristics.
Steel is reinforced into the structure to improve the stiffness which in turn affects the damping property [1-3].

The characteristics of drying shrinkage and creep tend to be the same as each other and are affected by environmental factors such as curing temperatures, relative humidity, and member sizes and internal factors such as water-binding material ratios, unit cement quantities, the types of binding materials, and the sizes and types of aggregates.
The used LSP affected reduction in hydration heat as well as with increasing compressive strength at early age.
The fly ash used was modified one with increased fineness through mechanical grinding for correction of initial compressive strength.
In general, factors that affect creep can be regarded to include intrinsic factors such as cement paste structures and concrete mix details and external factors such as load stress that acts as external force and stress/strength ratios.
