Spherically well-defined dualshell structures were constructed by a modified-double-emulsion method (MDEM).
The lower critical solubility temperature of the structures was shifted to 36.4 °C which was confirmed by UVVis spectroscopy.
Eventually, dual-shell structures turn to be a simple core-shell structure composed of poly(L,Llactide-co-ethylene glycol) (PLLA-PEG).
Results and Discussion Fig. 1 shows the schematic view to fabricate the dual-shell structures by a MDEM.
In this work, two different kinds of diblock copolymers have been employed to construct the well-defined dual-shell structures.
