American architect, Malcolm Wells has actively promoted and studied the energy-saving earth-sheltered architecture in the book, gentle architecture, and the practice of the earth-sheltered architecture that made by an Egypt architect Hassan Fathy, has received widespread praise by the international architectural professionals, besides, ethnic Chinese architect, Cui Yuejun and Gi Grenier, a professor of the University of Pennsylvania in the United States etc., are all committed to the exploration of earth-sheltered architecture[1].
In summer, the absorber board at the bottom of the solar energy chimney absorbs solar energy, which makes the air temperature in the chimney rise, and the hot air rises that forms the zone of negative pressure, and the top hot air comes into the chimney through the outlet (D), at the same time, fresh air after being cooled by water well and soil layer goes into indoors by the indoor ground fresh air inlet (F), which reaches a cooling effect.
And the hot air rises that forms the zone of negative pressure, then the cold air at the bottom of the room can go into chimney through the outlet at the bottom of hearth(G), then fresh air goes into the room from new outlet(E)in the sun space through the first preheating between the water well and soil layer, at last it will enter the room by the outlet in the upper gable(C)through preheating in the sun space.

However, the value of D has a significant difference due to the subjectivity of professional technicians.
Edelbro (2004) [8] statistically analyzed the data of D, which were estimated by eleven professional technicians for the same grade rock mass of Swedish Laisvall mine, and his research results indicate that the value of D ranges from 0 to 0.7, and the corresponding mean, standard deviation and coefficient of variation are 0.28, 0.24 and 0.89 respectively.
The water-retaining structure is a gravity dam which is 84m high.

Backwardness of protection and reparation methods Comparing with heritage buildings or historic district buildings, the reparation of ordinary old houses is inevitably rough- buildings are often converted to a mess, and this is because individual spontaneous practices of maintenance are usually without the guidance of the professional departments.
Although the collective restoration for tourism takes some relevant professional guidance, the actual operation is tend to be simplified, such as superficial repainting or redecoration of inner spaces, which result into lost in original historical styles and folklore information.
The design is from the consideration for convenience of domestic water use and fire protection.
Households side by side along the water constitute a relatively complete community.

The initial preparatory stage of this process without appropriate professional relationship to it may have a mixed effect to the quality of further work, the analysis of the dynamics of deformation characteristics and the forecasting of their development stages. Therefore, it is the responsibility of surveyors, designers, and teachers to inform all construction organizations the need to compile geodetic works for the unique facilities constructions with mandatory indication of the types and methods of their inspection at the stage of assembly, installation and operation for complete analysis and prediction of deformation processes.
In connection with the increased number of accidents at similar facilities (the water park in Moscow in 2004, the shopping center "Michurinsky" in Moscow in 2011, etc.) it is necessary not only to monitor the technical condition of such structures more carefully, but also study each stage more thoroughly erection and geodetic support of the structuresconstruction.

Abstract: The experience in building practice proves that in assessing and evaluating the state of reinforced concrete structures, also professional companies place a clear emphasis mainly on determining the strength characteristics of concrete, assessing the rate of corrosion and the distribution of reinforcements in assessed elements.
In the case of evaluating reinforced concrete structure, it is advantageous to apply procedures declared in professional literature, for example in TP SSBK III [1] or in [4] etc.
Examples of using physico-chemical analyses in building practice The importance of physico-chemical analyses in evaluating the state or life of building structures or design of their redevelopment can be illustrated on the following examples: 3.1 Evaluating the rate of degradation of concrete and predicting its further life Waters with a high content of sulphates cause the so-called type II or III corrosion in reinforced concrete structures.
From the view of changes in the physico-mechanical parameters of concrete based on Portland cement occurring due to the action of an increased temperature, particularly the following reactions are substantial: In the temperature range between 100°C and 200°C, the physically bound water evaporates from the concrete structure.

Water content has great effect on mechanical properties of silt.
Then water addition is calculated according to varying water content, and sprayed uniformity to test silt.
Such phenomenon is caused by small space value of water content to three test groups.
