To eliminate the used sand to the residual coal dust(FS powder) of the experiment, it is all new sand in experiment, add bentonite, coal dust(FS powder, coal dust+α starch), water, dry mixed 3minutes,wet mixed 8 minutes in molding sand technological condition, then test various properties of molding sand.

M593 shell ‘s main fault is machinery adhering sand, it’s caused by casting wall thick(compared with other parts), takes much longer for molding sand at high temperature(Also, the environment temperature is very high in summer, large water loss in casting mold, the stability on surface of sand mold is lower).Except raise content of FS powder, lower pouring temperature proper can be used to reduce M593 shell’s adhering sand fault.
Conclusion (1)When water content is 3.0%,compactability can be controlled into 36~45%; (2)The influence of green compression strength, followed by is:5FS powder>(4.5coal dust+0.5αstarch)>5coal dust; (3)The influence of shatter index, followed by is:5FS powder>(4.5coal dust+0.5αstarch)>5coal dust; (4)Adding FS powder can add molding sand ‘s strength and tenacity;compare with adding single coal dust, adding little αstarch also can add molding sand ‘s strength and tenacity on the basis of add coal dust

Due to the flood water period caused by the tidal action everyday in the beach areas, great changes of water depth at different times, and differences of land and water alternating time in different regions, three technical problems are put forward for the construction of the wind power farm on the beach: (1) The entries of the construction machinery, materials, fan and the equipment supplies are difficult. (2) The selection, design and construction of the fan foundation are difficult. (3) The construction of the wind turbine tower, cabin and leaf segments are difficult.
According to the investment proportion and professional organization research of the established offshore wind farms abroad, fan foundation accounts for about 15-25% of the offshore wind farm project investment, which is one of the factors contributing to the high cost of the offshore wind power.
Offshore wind turbine foundation can be divided into gravity type, high pile desktop, single pile type, catheter posture and cylinder base type in terms of the structure, which depends on the water depth, engineering geology, installation resources and many other factors to choose the foundation type.

With the development of the management concepts and methods for the water quality objective based on the control unit, control unit zoning is the important means to implement the water pollution resource reduction on river basin management [3-6].Therefore, according to the survey of water ecology environment of Liaohe river basin in Liaoning province as well as the analysis of the water ecology factors, combined with the historical monitoring data, it is meaningful and significant for control unit zoning to implement the water environmental management, control the water pollution amount, protect water ecology environment and make scientific planning for water environment management.
The control unit boundary is determined by the clean water region of higher water quality objective.
Moreover, the river basin boundaries, the water ecological function area and the water function area were referenced.
