Al2O3 deposited by Atomic Layer Deposition (ALD) was used as the gate dielectric layer on the trench structure.
Atomic layer deposition (ALD) was used to deposit 40 nm of Al2O3 on the 3-D gate structure.
This enhanced voltage originates from the difference in the surface chemistry of the sidewall in comparison to the planar surface.

When the as-synthesized fibres were heated at 800˚C to 1200˚C for 1 h, the domain structure of the fibres disappeared but they remained highly strained.
In the SAED modes (Fig. 4(c)), the diffraction pattern from point B clearly showed a diffraction pattern corresponding to an apatite structure with high crystallinity.
The SAED pattern showed clear spots correspond to an apatite structure with high crystallinity.
Thus, the apatite fibres have highly strained structure.
When the fibres were heated at 800˚C to 1200˚C for 1 h, the domain structure disappeared and but they remained highly strained.

The main task at restoration and conservation of wooden architecture monuments is the increase in the durability of the wood used for creation of the bearing and enclosing structures of the buildings.

A certain disadvantage of thermally modified wood is its increased fragility (compared with the natural wood), which limits the application of such wood in bearing structures.

The pure Co coating shows the tendency to form snowflake-like morphology structure.
The crystal structure of Co-Ni-Fe coating changed from bcc into mixed bcc+fcc structure with the addition of Ni element in Co-Fe composition.
The structure of coatings was characterized by means of X-ray diffraction (XRD) and are shown in Fig. 1.

Powder X-Ray Diffraction (XRD, BRUKER Advance D-8 X-Ray Diffractometer) measurements using Cu Ka radiation were used to characterize the structures of the synthesized powders.
As the SnP2O7 samples were subjected to heat treatment, the SDS surfactant slowly decomposes resulting in small pores in the structure.
Conclusion Mesoporous SnP2O7 was synthesized via a sodium dodecyl sulfate surfactant templating method. mesoporous structures were obtained when calcined to 200, 300 and 400°C but when further calcined to 500°C, the mesostructure collapsed.
