Introduction Many methods have been used to form biodegradable nanohydroxyapatite/collagen (nanoHA/COL) composites, inspired from the ingredients and structure of hard tissues [1].
The orthogonal design of experiments is widely applied to scientific investigations such as analytical chemistry and process engineering.
Results and Discussion The structure of L9 (3 4) orthogonal design, the results of bending strength of the composites and the effects of each level of three factors on bending strength are shown in Table 2. k1, k2, and k3 are, respectively, obtained by averaging bending strength of the composite at level 1, level 2, and level 3 of different factors.

The structure of diarylethene 1o was characterized by 1H NMR spectroscopy. 1NMR spectra were recorded on Bruker AV400 (400 MHz) spectrometer with CDCl3 as the solvent and tetramethylsilane as an internal standard. 1H NMR (400 MHz, CDCl3), δ (ppm) 1.26 (d, 2H, J = 8.0 Hz), 1.766 (s, 3H), 2.044 (s, 3H), 3.808 (s, 2H), 7.035 (s, 1H), 7.079 (d, 1H, J = 8.0 Hz), 7.241 (m, 2H), 7.429 (d, 1H, J = 8.0 Hz), 7.342–7.384 (d, 4H, J = 8.0 Hz).
Its structure was measured by NMR.

These differences must be explained by different structure of composite material depending from rubber particle size and their mutual arrangement in material.
Visualization of material sample surfaces by optical microscope (Fig Nr.1-5) demonstrate different structure and mutual distribution of rubber particles in the composite material and therefore different compactness and density.

For more sophisticated device structures mastering the SiC etching processes is generally demanding.
To define the starting point for the wet etch experiments a sample without implantation was analyzed with AFM and TEM to determine the over-etch depth into the SiC from the TEOS hardmask structuring.
