In order to improve the accuracy of simulation, the material is tested by the Gleeble-1500 thermo-mechanical tester to get the true stress-strain data, and then the VUMAT(User-defined Material Mechanical Behavior) programme is written to define material model.
Taking into account the limit of the computer memory and stress property, the mesh is denser in the contact zone between rollers and workpiece based on subdivision method by inserting new points in the model.
The deformation and deflection of roller is an important factor for affecting the accuracy of the shape and dimension of workpiece.
The mechanical property of flange can be decreased through increasing the flange reduction, but that of web be improved.

This will result in a decline of the degree of vacuum of micro-cavity, thereby affecting the device performance.
By changing the size of glass grain and adding organic fillers, the properties of melted glass frit can be adjusted significantly (e.g. the melting temperature can match with the activation temperature of the getter and the CTE can be adapted to silicon).
From the experiment of CNTs transferred, the length uniformity of CNTs, the suitable heating curve and proper pressure applied are the main factors to succeed.

Analysis of Existing Concrete Bridges
Material properties.
Material properties are important input data to the load-carrying capacity determination.
In the case of concrete bridges, it is needed to specify material properties of concrete, reinforcement and prestressing steel.
In cases, where the consequential distribution of internal forces and stresses in the existing concrete is affected by the inhomogeneity, respectively time factor is affecting properties of concrete, it is necessary to take into account the impact of the construction process and load history to determine the actual response of the structure.
To determine deformations, the mean values of material properties are considered and the effects of shrinkage and creep and the impact of cracks should be taken into account.

There is therefore a need to improve the physical and mechanical properties of details surface layers [1 - 6].
Generally, the quality of plasma coating is a comprehensive integrated parameter which depends on many factors of the manufacturing process.
Therefore, it is urgent to find a comprehensive solution to the problem of ensuring the required level of the coatings physical-mechanical and performance properties.
Joint analysis of technological factors allows obtaining the surface roughness within Rz = 30... 100 µm.

However, the materials for photolithographic process are required with optimally thermal, optical
and mechanical properties on barrier ribs in PDP.
The refractive index among the many properties is important factors to reduce the processing steps and obtain the uniform pattern.
From our results, the thermal and optical properties should be correlated to the glass structure with the SiO2/B2O3 ratio.

The basic parameter of visibility is extinction coefficient, mainly relates to size of object, optical properties, weather, visual etc [2].
Many factors affect atmospheric visibility, from the aerosols perspective, fog, smoke, haze, mist, dust can cause a decline in visibility.
From microscopic perspective, particle diameter size, density, are the main factors affecting the extinction coefficient.
Due to the small sampling space, the accuracy is affected by rain or snow.
He points out the influence factor potential index of fog, and further to determine the weights of impact factors.

Following the fabrication of bio-composite sheets based on the Taguchi design, various specimens were prepared and tested thoroughly to assess their chemical properties, thermal stability, and mechanical properties.
Chemical structure and properties of mTMI.
The aim of this analysis was to optimize the mechanical properties, specifically tensile and flexural properties, using a "larger is better" approach, while simultaneously minimizing water absorption using a "lower is better" approach.
The Signal-to-Noise (S/N) ratio and Grey Relational Analysis (GRA) were utilized to evaluate the impact of process parameters on mechanical properties.
FTIR spectra of the base and crosslinked bio-composites. 4.2 Mechanical Properties 4.2.1 Tensile Properties The mechanical performance of bio-composite materials is influenced by various attributes, such as the bond at interfacial zone between the polymer matrix and the filler, as well as the mechanical properties exhibited by both the resin and fiber.

With the action of tensile stress cracks occurred on the surface of cladding layer, seriously affecting the quality of laser cladding layer, which greatly limits the application of laser cladding process [1-3].
Shu et al [6-7] studied small plastic deformation generated on the metal surface after micro-forging, thereby changing the mechanical properties.
At the same time, friction factor 0.3, contact heat transfer coefficient 1.8, head speed 10 mm/s were assumed in the model discussed here.
Ni60A’s mechanical properties were shown in Table 1.
To confirm that the high-frequency micro forging method of laser cladding layers to improve surface mechanical properties, have good effects on the confirmatory contrast test.
