The thread rolling has many advantages compared to the machining process such as the low manufacturing cost, the high material utilization without chipping, the superior mechanical properties due to plastic forming, the low forming load due to incremental process and the high production speed [1].

Shear friction factor is set to 0.9 from the result of both literatures [4, 6, 7] and simulations.
The other shear friction factors make successive progression in the numerical simulation.
In practical manufacturing, the relative position between two dies is adjusted by experts during trial test since the position of a raw material is affected by various factors such as a small slip of a raw material according to the shear friction coefficient, high stroke speed of moving die, and misalignment of two dies in set up stage in micro sized parts forming process.

Introduction Excellent mechanical properties in combination with low density are the key features for lightweight structures in automotive and aerospace applications.
But due to the low processing temperatures and short cycle times the amount is nearly negligible and should not affected the mechanical properties significantly.
So the modulus could be increased by the factor 6 and the maximum bending strength by the factor 1, 6.
The components show advanced mechanical properties even if they are reinforced with common carbon fibers only.
The mechanical properties have to be fitted to possible applications by arrangement of fiber volume fraction and architecture and in addition by tailor-made fiber matrix interfaces.

It is one of the most essential factors to take into account when choosing forging equipment.
Su [3] applies ANN to predict the forming load and mechanical property of magnesium alloy under hot extrusion.
Tang predicts the mechanical properties of magnesium alloy by an improved neural network model.
There are many factors that affect the forming load, such as the initial diameters of relief-hole for the billet (d0), punch velocity (v), the friction factor (m) of the interface between billet and tools.
Therefore, 16 simulation calculations were carried out to investigate the effects of the four factors.

Engineering Properties of Soft Soil.
With the initial load, high pore water pressure often occurs in the foundation, with an affect with the foundation strength.
According to physical and mechanical properties of soil in the horizontal and vertical direction, engineering geology can be identified.
The treatment design directing at stability should be implemented when the stability safety factor is less than the allowable value of the specification.
The subgrade settlement reliability problem is a very complex issue, which includes limitations of the existing methods and uncertainties of many factors that affect the settlement, hence results hardly provide reliable data for engineering staff and the accuracy often depends on the experience of users.

A small number of buildings have caused the quality bias and the improper maintenance due to design and construction and other factors.
In order to make it work together with reinforced section, the structure mechanical properties are improved.
According to mechanical supporting structure properties, the anchor can be divided into rigid and flexible fulcrum pivot.
Through adjusting support, the wedge was not too tight wedge to prevent the corridor bottom, and affecting the concrete compression zone strength.

The understanding of mechanical properties under magnetic field is very important for their application to vibration power generation devices.
ν[110] ν[001] -2.53 3.53 Table 5 Poisson’s ratios for mechanical loading.
They are compared to the mechanical ones.
It was found that volume strain and oriented ratio of initial magnetic domain are additional factor for magnetostriction.
Furthermore, it was found that the magnetostriction of [110] was also affected by elasticity.

The factors that affected H-Beam deformation were fairly more, so, the accurate analysis answer was hardly to get.
By using all-purpose method to roll H-Beam, the distribution of H-Beam surface and inside temperature field became very complex due to some factors influence, such as transfer heat of rolling piece and roller contact, water cooling, heat radiation and plasticity merit heat.
The node 7 and 9 were located on the surface of model, so, factors that affected temperature drop were very more, such as thermal convection of its around gas, radiation, heat conductance between rollers and mechanical merit heat.
The influence of many factors made the temperature change of node crowd go up to a certain extent.
(2)Calculation result showed: temperature of every node presented the tendency of drop since it got the role of factors such as heat conductance, convection and radiation, but it had the phenomenon of rising at a certain time under the influence of mechanical merit heat

A lot of effort was invested to determine the factors which affect the cellular structure and cell size of the resulting porous polymers, and in 1997, Neil R.
Their mechanical properties are similar to gas-blown polystyrene foams, although the smaller cell sizes and higher degree of cellular spherical symmetry of the emulsion-derived foams produces higher compressive strengths.
In year 2009, Pakeyangkoon and co-worker demonstrated that the incorporation of layered silicate in the polymer matrix lead to improving not only mechanical properties but also the surface properties and thermal stability of the PolyHIPEs materials [13].
The obtained PolyHIPEs were also characterized for phase morphology, thermal behavior, mechanical properties, surface area and CO2 adsorption capacities.
The optimum load content of MAPES that does not decrease mechanical properties (compressive modulus and compressive strength) and destroy morphology is 10 %wt MAPES.

Growing carbon nanotubes (CNT) on the surface of high performance carbon fibers (CF) offers a means to tailor the mechanical properties of the fiber-matrix interface of a composite.
The surface and mechanical properties of the resultant fibers, CNT density and alignment morphology were explained to depend on the CNT growth temperature, growth time, and atmospheric conditions within the CVD chamber.
The affirmed trend is believed because of high processing temperatures and oxidative environments can affect the mechanical properties of CF to be used as reinforcing filler in a composite system.
The high interfacial adhesion is believed to be the key factor of high tensile properties of CNT-CF/PP composites rather than neat-CF/PP composites.

The superficial properties of metals after being etched for several hours have also been studied and analyzed.
Then we should change the mechanical drawing into document with GIF format.
Assessment of Environmental Condition It indicated that there were many factors would affect the microbe growth, except for genetic background, such as pH value, nutrient solution, temperature, concentration of main nutrients, concentration of dissolved oxygen in nutrient solution etc.
The pH value of etching liquid in etching process are the important influencing factors.
The roughness is one of the main factors about micro part that was etched during the micro part engaged with other micro part.
