In this paper, the situation about the blade machining with the finite element analysis is introduced, and the factors about the blade machining deformation is also summarized.
The most important is the mechanical and physical properties can be obtained from the finite element simulation results.
The deformations of the tool, work-piece and machine tools and other factors were considered in this model, but the coupling effect between the tool deformation and work-piece deformation were not considered.
Therefore, the factors of the milling force, deformation and radial cutting depth will affect each other.

Abstract.
Introduction Structural ceramic materials have useful tribological properties, such as low density, high corrosion resistance, low coefficient of friction, low thermal expansion and high hardness over a wide range of temperature.
Results The coefficient of friction is an important factor in understanding tribological behavior.
All these factors resulted in very high temperatures on the rubbing surfaces, especially on the rubbing ceramic surface, which caused the ceramics grains to melt. [4-5] (a) 2.5N (b) 5N (c) 10N (d) 15N Fig.4 The optical microscopes of M50 under different loads Conclusions Wear tests were conducted on ZrO2 ceramic ball with M50 bearing steel.
(2)The specific wear rates of ZrO2 ceramics were obviously affected by applied load.

Many factors affect the road adhesion coefficient and these factors are constantly changing is difficult to get.
Braking force of the brake refers to overcome friction torque required force, we denoted it as Pu, is one of the factors affecting the braking distance of the car.
Therefore, initial braking speed is one of the key factors affecting the automobile braking distance.
Of course, there are still many other factors will affect adhesion coefficient.
In summary, factors affecting the braking distance of the car are brake force, initial velocity, time and road adhesion coefficient.

Therefore, the research on the fatigue properties of rail joint bolt has important practical significance.
By rail joint bolt working conditions and material properties, the basic S-N curve with a power function is applied, take k = 0.35, S=940MPa.
The next work is setting the material properties of the bolt, building the contact pair, meshing generation, applying boundary conditions and load.
Fig. 3 Fatigue life of rail bolt Fig. 4 Safety factor of rail bolt As can be seen from the above chart, the rail joint bolt has a lower safety factor at the root of the bolt thread.

Mechanical model of the train.
Accordingly, there are developed certain longitudinal compression and tensile in-train forces, causing stress to the couplers and affecting passengers comfort.
Main parameters Mechanical aspects.
According to the particular constructive and operational characteristics, the behaviour of buffer and draw-gear devices is quite complex due to several non linear phenomena like variable stiffness-damping, hysteretic properties, preloads of elastic elements, draw-gear compliance, clearance between the buffers discs, etc.
In addition, the consequent shocks may affect passengers comfort.

Through mechanical particle size separation of ash and its physicochemical characterization, it was possible to prove that the chemical and mineralogical composition of the raw material is favorable for use in alkaline synthesis Furthermore, the ash particle size large achieved the best results of properties optical and microstructural, favoring its application to obtain films to be applied to selective surface.
Thus, the search for materials with interesting mechanical properties, involving small amounts of energy in its constructive process, that generate less polluting and waste or materials that could be easily degraded in nature.
Besides these factors, the need to use renewable energy sources, especially solar energy, given the reduction in the availability of fossil resources [1,14], linked the existence of many limitations on solar thermal conversion process, mainly linked to the materials involved in this process [15,16].
The optical properties were obtained from tests in the UV/Visible Spectrophotometer, Shimadzu UV -2550 model with accessory for reflectance.
Therefore, only stainless steel and copper substrates Were evaluated concerning their optical properties.

Calculating safety factor of accumulation body under different working conditions:
According to calculation results of EMU programs:
1)Stability safety factor of accumulation body is above 2.5 under natural condition while the safety factor of most dangerous sliding surface is about 2.0, which indicates that the side slope of accumulation body is stable.
2)Affected by earthquake load, the safety factor of side slope declines but is still above 1.5, which meets the stability requirements.
3)When impounding level reaches a normal height, dangerous sliding surface are found in section III and its safety factor is below 1.0(0.824).
Safety factor will decrease under the working condition of impounding and earthquake.
Due to water soak, the mechanical property of accumulation body below water surface declines leading to plastic flow, large displacement and partial sliding of pull-type and stage-by-stage.

Growing carbon nanotubes (CNT) on the surface of high performance carbon fibers (CF) offers a means to tailor the mechanical properties of the fiber-matrix interface of a composite.
The surface and mechanical properties of the resultant fibers, CNT density and alignment morphology were explained to depend on the CNT growth temperature, growth time, and atmospheric conditions within the CVD chamber.
The affirmed trend is believed because of high processing temperatures and oxidative environments can affect the mechanical properties of CF to be used as reinforcing filler in a composite system.
The high interfacial adhesion is believed to be the key factor of high tensile properties of CNT-CF/PP composites rather than neat-CF/PP composites.
Tensile properties of fiber-reinforced metals: copper/tungsten and copper/molybdenum.

Mechanical dynamics analysis reveals that gyrostatic pressure generated by rigid body rotating at high speed in precession movement is far greater than that in ideal motion.Wall plate eccentricity and bending are needed to be studied to further investigate the impact of single factors on mechanical properties of the brush roller.
This can affect the cleaning effect and service life of blanket.
This seriously affects the efficiency of cleaning and service life of the cleaning device.
