It is of great significant for improving traffic safety; easing traffic congestion and energy conservation in the future.
So it is essential to know the driver's characteristics effectively for future research issues such as real-time traffic safety warning.
The model was important for the microscopic traffic simulation model; it provided a theoretical basis for the real-time traffic safety warning system in the future.

The deficiency of parking place especially in town centers causes a lot of conflicts which influence the traffic flow continuity and traffic safety.
Proposal for Increase of Traffic Safety The following measures were taken as the basic points for increase of traffic safety on monitored section of the road: - the measures for simplification of parking maneuvers (if it’s possible), - the measures for reduction of speed.

And we must stress on tradeoffs between traffic flow and safety, the role of under- or over-posted speed limits, and other factors that may not be explicitly called out in this problem statement.
The scale factor of a, b, c is 0.5,0.3,0.2.Then we can get “Safety Factor” in the light or heavy traffic.
·Define a new concept“Safety Factor”to analyze the safety issues, quantify the abstract problem and make the calculation clearly.

To revitalize Kunming, develop Chenggong New District, serve the southeast Asia, go to the world, build Kunming into the international city of socialist modernization with high civilization, all these things will put forward higher request for the city traffic of Kunming.
So citizens' quality, especially the consciousness of traffic safety and standardizing should be improved further.
Improve capacity of traffic system of the road and transport; Kunming will build into the international tourism city and bridgehead to southeast Asia.

Traffic Condition Monitoring.
Traffic condition monitoring[6] mainly concludes traffic flow monitoring which can use weigh-in-motion to record lasted time-history of traffic load flow and obtain traffic load spectrum after connecting data processing and use the camera to record traffic situation and traffic accident.
