Introduction This paper focuses on how to build this traffic cloud with the collecting and sharing traffic information.
The information could constantly reflect the vehicle status, vehicle location, vehicle safety and vehicle identification.
And for traffic managers, the traffic cloud platform can organically resolve problems in traffic safety, traffic environment and traffic flow in one platform and it greatly improve the utilization efficiency of information, saving information facilities for additional capital.
