For this new type great bridge, not only the performance must be studied under design load conditions, but also the ultimate load-carrying capacity and failure mode should be analyzed, in order to achieve the whole mechanic performances, failure modes, safety properties and improving measures.
The bridge deck is 31.4m wide, and there are six traffic lanes .

For example in Taiwan all management systems still use mapping information to save data, After all, pavement maintenance and management are meant to provided user comfort and safety.
Existing STD models are extended to include temporal aspects, in order to better reflect the dynamic environment, like moving objects, traffic flow, etc.

Most of the existing vehicle stability control vehicle field tests tend to take some passive safety protection measures, and there is almost no active safety control protection measure.

VANET supports two types of communication modes: (1) vehicle-to-vehicle (V2V) communication which can be used for safety-oriented applications such as emergency warning, traffic jamming notification etc. and (2) vehicle-to-infrastructure (V2I) communication which can be devoted to value-added applications such as entertainment multimedia contents and mobile commerce.
We assume the speeds of vehicles in the traffic flow are supposed to be uniform.

On the basis of feasibility, cost, safety and regulations related to Macau, the existing vehicle models are also comprehensively elaborated and evaluated.
Meanwhile, with the increasing number of city population and taxis, taxi operators and the local government are making great efforts to figure things out such as city air quality improvement, noise reduction and traffic congestion control etc [2].
For these reasons, this paper will firstly demonstrate the emissions of current taxis compared with others, and then review and evaluate different possible vehicle types according to their feasibilities, economy, safety and regulations in Macau SAR.
In such a high population density region, we do not take the LPG taxi into consideration for safety.
