The first stage of weight loss is between 280 ˚C and 450 ˚C, at which the decomposition of epoxide resin leads to volatile materials release.
Experimental Materials and equipments The thermal analysis samples are RF4-type PCB from discarded computers, which are crushed to particles smaller than 0.2mm.
This is due to that the added Na2CO3 reduces the content of organic materials in the sample.

After piling up in materials, the molecular form is reconstructed and causes
increased stress [1].
To some extent, materials science, and in-depth experimental mechanical studies of microstructure, reveal the processes and mechanisms of diffusion with regard to degradation and embrittlement and fracture, but not completely [25, 26].

Experimental
2.1 Materials and the preparation process
The filler used in this study was Kevlar pulp (Type 1F538, density, 1.41 g/mm3, diameter, 14 um, average length, 1.7 mm, manufactured by DuPont Inc., Brownslane, KY, USA).
The applied load was mainly borne by Kevlar fiber and the wear resistance of the materials has been greatly improved by incorporating Kevlar pulp. 4.
Conclusion The incorporation of Kevlar pulp into PEI can increase the tensile properties of the composite but either increase or decrease friction and wear properties of the materials, depending on the volume fraction of Kevlar.
