Therefore, the development of low cost, excellent performance of new whisker becomes a new direction in the field of materials.
At present magnesium carbonate whisker Preparation mainly chemical reagents as raw material, the use of magnesium ore, seawater concentrated liquid as a reaction raw materials reported few, we cannot make full use of natural resources, and not conducive to the industrialization level production of magnesium carbonate whiskers .

SiC film demonstrates low friction and superior scratch and wear resistance when compared to the other materials currently used in MEMS devices [16].
The various surface roughness value of different surface materials are shown in Fig. 3.
For all of the surface materials, larger normal forces lead to smaller friction force.
Fig. 6 show the contact angle changes with various surface materials, surface roughness values, and roughness directions.
