This feature led to a drastic reduction of the roughness in comparison with the (110) orientation.
They observed an increase of the barrier height with a reduction of the contact area and assumed an electrical activity of the defects to explain this behavior.
As a consequence, without a drastic reduction of the defects in 3CSiC and/or its electrical activity, addressing electrical applications using 3CSiC seems too challenging.
This result, which was in contradiction with the literature data obtained on thicker 3C-SiC materials, was attributed to the defect density as the same process completed on thicker layers lead to more « classical » values, similar to those presented in the literature.

Therefore, our paper uses the data of the oil consumption and employment of twenty provinces and cities.
All data are from Statistical Yearbook of every province and city.
This method is based on the fact that the future data can’t lead to the changes of present data and past data.
The data are from 2000 to 2010.
All data are transformed into logarithms, thus eliminating heteroscedasticity and making the model more practical.

The function of RFID is to clearly mark the ID, attribute and affiliation; WSN to acquire locations of factors from the sensors; ZIGBEE to transmit the combined data (RFID and WSN data) to computers through networks.
Position information, which was processed by special software on computers and was based on the combined high-accuracy distance data from the ultrasonic sensors of each wireless tags in WSN [4] and the data from tags of RFID protocol, will be visualized into graphic symbols on a diagram.
Query signals received are sent by coordinators to each terminal to acquire the ID data that will then be sent to laptops.
ID data of wireless tags and ranging data will be sent back to laptops. 2.3 Processing of ID data and ranging data Data format, consisting of 8 markers (GUID, TYPE, SN, OSN, OTYPE, ONUM, R-GUID and DIST), is sent back from wireless tags as Fig. 3.
Fig.3 Data format Ranging data generated by the wireless tags on measurement points is sent back through other 5 marker (OSN, OTYPE, ONUM, R-GUID and DIST).

Results and discussion A pilot-scale implementation and validation is presented using evolution data from the reference [8].
The DO data are used to estimate parameters and main substrates evolution, attached data like COD, ammonia, nitrite and nitrate are presented to give a comparison with simulation results.
Results comparison of simulation and origin data.
(a) result of PE(Parameter Estimation) using DO data from reference [8] with the GA as the global optimisation algorithm; (b) Comparison of soft sensing result from DO simulation with original process variable data (COD simulation result is adjusted to have same initial value as origin data in order to have more clear comparison).

After the s actual data test, the forecasting result achieves the desired accuracy.
There are many methods to calculate, the most commonly used methods include WOLF method, small data arithmetic, improved small data arithmetic, etc. the WOLF method will be used to calculate in this paper.
Sampling frequency is 5 Hz, all the data were carried out pre-processing before calculating.
(3) Engineering applications Analysis data are aluminum rolling deviation based of 203 volumes collected from a aluminum manufacturing company in June 2006, 200 volumes of above data are set as the training data, the use of chaos analysis and fuzzy clustering method to construct 30 kinds of deviation modes.
The other 3 volumes data is test data which are the 1050-po1o3, the 1235-looy6 and the 5052-W10f3 actual aluminum deviation data.

The SEM proves that along with the increasing of Ho concentration, the surface roughness of BiFeO3 is decreased due to the reduction of defects in the preparation.
It has very wide potential applications such as data storage, sensors, spintronic devices and memory device.
The surface morphology of samples doped by Ho exhibit better microstructures with a good homogeneity, high density, small grain size without appearance of any residual porosity, which can be attributed to the reduction of the lattice imperfection caused by the volatility of bismuth in the preparation of the doped samples.

The tensile strength (TS) and reduction in area (RA) were calculated afterwards to obtain hot ductility curve and hot strength curve of the steel.
The development of CC numerical simulation is constrained for the lack of high temperature mechanical property data of new steels.
In order to quantify the high temperature mechanical properties including hot ductility and strength of the steel, reduction in area (RA) and tensile strength (TS) of the samples were calculated subsequently.

However is important to improve the physical properties to reduction its water absorption and capillarity.
The experimental data were analyzed by analysis of variance, considering completely randomized design.
The higher concentration of stabilizing promoted reduction of water absorption but had no significant effect at 5% (Fig. 6).

Data indicated that the optimal content of ammoniated polyethylene glycol in crude B was 1500 mg/L, and PEG with molecular weight of 2000 was the most promising co-solvent with the reagent/oil ratio being 0.4:1 (wt/wt).
Figure 3.4: Effect of reaction temperature towards the reduction of NA in crude oil Influence of stirring time on the deacidification reaction.
Figure 3.5: Effect of stirring time towards the reduction of NA in crude oil Conclusion The acidity in crude oil B was successfully reduced to 0.28 which is less than TAN value of 1 by deacidification reaction of the crude with the ammonia solution in polyethylene glycol at 1500 mg/L.

And the formula for short-time stiffness specified in the code for design of concrete (GB50010-2010)were evaluated using the experimental results and available test data of 74concrete beams reinforced with 500MPa longitudinal steel bars.
There are several practical advantages to using this new high-strength material, including reduction of congestion in heavily reinforced members, improved concrete placement, savings in the cost of labor, reduction of construction time.
