Introduction Aircraft ground deicing operation as one of the key issues has made a great impact on aircraft safety and airport efficiency in winter.
For instance, airlines and pilots will be concerned with the effects of deicing on their flight schedules, air traffic control will be responsible for safe flight movements, the airport itself will strive for a maximum utilization of its facilities (runways, gates, etc.), and the ground servicing companies performing the deicing will want to operate as efficiently as possible.

Introduction With China's rapid economic development and modern urban construction, more and more cities, especially the large city’s downtown area, appear the "City disease", such as traffic jam, the reduced quality of life, environmental quality deterioration and so on.
Another example is the orange mark on the glass railing beside main channel, prompting passengers to pay more attention for safety reason, and increasing the interest of space, by responses the orange decoration of truss column.
Therefore, the European Metro’s successful experience has great reference significant to us, in both processing functionality and modality, for creating international high-quality public environment.

Barge or flotilla collisions pose a threat to the safety of bridges spanning inland navigable waterways [1], and some bridges have even been destroyed as a result of these collisions .In China, according the statistics, in the 33 years from 1960 to 1993,there were 29 large bridges damaged by ship collisions[2].
