Introduction
Nano-materials is a kind of materials causing a popular topic in the present research field, its only symbol that is distinguished from other materials is the new features coming from dimension effect [1].
There were some reports about this kind of materials in domestic journals, but the study on the interaction between MH whisker and ABS plastic matrix was less.
Then the MH whiskers/ABS composite materials were gained.

Based on the study of slow and controlled release fertilizer, we summarized a large number of research materials at home and abroad, comprehensive elaborated the development progress of slow and controlled release fertilizer in China, and reviewed the utilization efficiency of fertilizer in different corps.
Controlled release fertilizer application is important on crop yield, high efficiency and friendly environment, it should be vigorously support and promotion. 2011 November, “New fertilizer slow/controlled release materials engineering technology research center” were establishmented by both the research and the division of Chinese Academy of Agricultural Sciences resources and heilongjiang jinshida agricultural science and Technology Development Co.
