And then the organization and grain size of the steel are changed, so the steel has good toughness, high strength and excellent weldability.

Polishing of hard particles will be capable of generating more active sites and increasing the number of nucleation, which will lead to fine grains and a changed structure of crystal by polishing on growth sites, on points and edges of crystals, dislocation, and possibly on certain crystal faces.
If the ions can not been supplied in time, the rate of crystal growth is faster than that of nucleation, which leads to coarse crystal grain.
The effect of hard particles is to renovate the solution, improve the deposit surface, quicken the speed of electroforming and refine grains.

The early provision of natural power to replace or augment human and animal muscle power came from the widespread use of sail wind mills and water wheels of various designs used for grinding grain and for pumping irrigation water.
Wind power is still used for pumping water, irrigating the farm lands, and grinding the food grains in addition to generation of electricity.

The peculiarity of this method is that the cutting tool is composed of a number abrasive grains, nonuniformly and statistically distributed.
The complexity of the grinding and the large number of input variables of the cutting process, cause at a theoretical and experimental study considerable difficulties [2, 10, 11].
There are a number of criteria [3, 6], according to which grindability is possible to evaluate.
It is recommended to use a grinding wheel with more open space between the grains, together with excessive amount of coolant to prevent overheating of the surface.
Researchers recommend using wheels with grain size 54 for thermosets and 46 for thermoplastics.

The vitrified alumina grinding wheel, 80/100 grid grain size, was chosen.
Thus, it is clear from Table 2 that the grinding hardening temperature of number 3 is the most satisfactory for 48MnV steel.
Fig.2 shows that the maximal temperature of number 3 in grinding zone is 900°C, while the maximal temperature of workpiece surface is about 850°C.
According to the analysis of grinding temperature and cooling rate versus surface hardening above, the machining parameters of the number 3 in Table 3 is the most promising.
Fig.4 and Fig.5 show the grind-hardening effects of the number 3.

The number of formed cracks is examined using digital image correlation method.
The aggregate consists of two types of fine grained quartz sand (manufactured by Sklopísek Střeleč, a.s.) with maximum particle size of 0.1 mm (ST2) and 0.3 mm (STJ25).
The volume ratio of aggregates ST2:STJ25 was 2:1, so that the grading curve corresponded to the theoretical curve defined by Dinger-Funk [7], which is appropriate for fiber composites with fine-grained structure.
For the volume fraction of 2.0% and also RSC fibers, the response had softening character and damage localized into a small number of cracks (or only one crack).
For the lime-metakaolin mortar the results were similar except that the highest number of cracks was achieved for fiber volume fraction of 1.0%.

Besides, metstable β-phase has not still found in a number of quenched titanium-base alloys.
Several variants of packets are usually observed within one grain of the initial β-phase.
In addition to the martensite that has lath morphology, the quenched titanium-base alloys also contain the α'-phase grains of various shapes and sizes.
In the initial β-phase grain, the α'-phase martensite plates form in isolation or they form ensembles of various shapes (Figure 2a).
Both the group number and the period number influence on the minimum concentration of the alloying metal necessary for the complete stabilisation of the β-phase in quenched alloy.

Microwave sintering has a number of unique features can reduce the densification temperature of ceramics.
These unique characteristics of microwave heating open up a range of options not achievable through conventional heating, which include a number of advantages as well as a number of disadvantages [25-26].
A number of the PSZ fiber-reinforced HAp bars were produced according to the method described by Ehsani et al [28].

A method of image segmentation based on boundary geometrical characteristics is proposed to solve the problem of the low contrast and difficulty contour concavity, and different matching rules are given by comparing the numbers of inflexions with the numbers of particle image.

Bresenham’s algorithm based on a error criterion to generate linear method, its principle is through all the listed as number center structure a set of virtual net attentive, according to the line from start to finish order calculation line each vertical network line intersection point, and then determine the number of columns and the point of intersection recent like number.

In our research, we removed the insects from the paddy immediately after heating and observed for one hour, considered sufficient, before counting the number of dead insects.
Death rate (%) = Number of dead mature insect x 100 (1) Total number of dead and surviving insects Assessment of the Quality of Milling after Heating The paddy from each experiment was milled in order to compare the obtained results with the reference rice.
