Mechanical properties, microstructure of the Sn-38wt.
In such applications, the electrical, thermal and mechanical properties of the Sn-Pb alloys are essential.
It is obvious, that the value of the IB energy is an integral characteristic of the physical and chemical properties of the certain boundary and, therefore, can affect the development of the accommodation processes during GBS.
The goal of this work is the experimental detection of solid-phase boundaries wetting and clarification of the role of diffusion processes at the boundaries in the mechanical properties of Sn-Pb eutectics.
On the one hand, using low loads the indentation experiments allow determining the mechanical properties in the grain interior (in one certain grain).

The effects of spinning conditions on membrane structures and properties were investigated in present study.
There are various factors that determine the formation and structure of hollow fiber membranes such as bore fluid and dope compositions, fiber spinning parameters like polymer extrusion rate, fiber take up rate, air gap distance, coagulant composition and condition, etc [4,5].
Mechanical properties of PSF hollow fiber membranes were tested by electronic yarn strength tester in this experiment.
PVP is known to promote the pore formation in the polymeric membranes and thus enhance the permeation properties [6].
Fig.4: Effect of air length on the pure water flux (J) and rejection coefficient (R) The conclusion (1) PVP concentration promoted the pore formation in the polymeric membranes and enhanced the permeation properties.

The influencing factors of cracking have regional climate characteristics, building structures, raw materials, construction standards etc.
The general crack does not affect the use, but affect the durability of concrete structures and consumer psychology.
The cracking of concrete and mortar protective layer directly affect the life of the project in the northern region with dry climate, big temperature gap and strong sunlight.
Generally it is adopted the low-calcium Fly ash, because the storage time of low-calcium Fly ash does not affect the nature of Fly ash.

Abstract.
And the BER is affected by many factors, such as background noise, modulation forms[6].
The power of signal in the receiving antenna is affected by transmitting power, sending and receiving distance, and so on[7].
The ground attenuation factor A is influenced by operating frequency, transmission surface electrical properties and the propagation distance.
The experience formula of the attenuation factor is , (2) where x is called numerical distance.

Traditionally, several factors including roughness of surface, work-hardening and residual stress of surficial coat were regarded as the evaluation criterions of machining surface quality.
Meanwhile, there appears to be a new requirement for edge form in the manufacturing of the mechanical parts, particularly microminiaturized parts[1].
The oxide layer, subsurface layer and intermediate layer can also have some alteration and then do affect the service performance of parts.
Integrated cutting surface is a feature class consisting of the surface geometry morphology, the shape of the edge (burr) and the surface layer properties, that is surface integrity makes the systematic characterization through the three parts including its surface quality, the edge quality and sub-surface quality.
Since the surface roughness is reduced, the number of processing steps of a nickel base alloy turbine disk is reduced by approximately 10%; thereby the cost of production is reduced while the part performance would not be affected.

The relationship between precipitation behavior of MX(M=V, Nb) nitrides and
mechanical property during aging in 7Cr-1.5Mo ferritic heat resistant steels were investigated in
this study.
Therefore, it is required to develop the heat resistant alloy with superior high temperature mechanical properties.
The relationship between precipitation behavior of MX(M=V, Nb) nitrides and mechanical property during aging in 7Cr-1.5Mo-VNbN ferritic heat resistant steels were investigated in this study.
During exposure to elevated temperatures and creep stress, pronounced microstructure evolution occurs (recovery, grain and subgrain coarsening, precipitate coarsening), which causes the mechanical properties to deteriorate.
Factors affecting the coarsening rate of MX nitride precipitates are interfacial energy, γ, diffusion coefficient, D , solubility of particle in the matrix, ∞C , and molar volume in the particle, mV , in the case of a constant temperature.

Piston ring-cylinder liner is an important influence factor of the engine ideal combustion.
Their tribological properties exhibit a direct impact on environmental protection and energy saving of the entire engine.
Besides, the strengthening effect of nanocrystalline and multilayer composite structure caused a substantial increase of wear resistant and lubricating properties of Cr / CrN coatings.
The presences of these large droplets not only affect the surface morphology, but also reduce other properties of the films, such as corrosion resistance and mechanical properties.
