Previous studies of corrosion behavior of 316L stainless steel and alloys in chloride Inconel625 single molten salt.
Different coating alloys have different corrosion products and different mixed salts in the same level have different corrosion degrees.
The size of two kinds of the thermal diffusion alloys have changed, but thermal diffusion Cr alloy changed obviously with the naked eye.
By EDS analysis , thermal diffusion Cr alloys part of the samples surface Cr coating has completely corroded which exposed the surface of the matrix alloy, especially samples a and c.

The aim of work is to get different materials coatings with satisfactory properties, which could be used at hybrid bevel gears further.
There is a possibility to use a wide range of base (core) materials from carbon steel to exotics like super austenitic and nickel alloys.
Soft alloys, medium and high hardness materials, carbide composites can be used as coatings to achieve diverse properties such as improved mechanical strength, wear resistance, galling resistance, and corrosion resistance [9, 10].
