Used the Solidedge to bulid the solid model of the Vertical Shaft Impact crusher’s rotor, then it is imported into Ansys for modal analysis, get the former twenty frequency and vibration model, through the twenty color vibration models and vibration animations attained from analysis, the rotor’s dynamic properties and weakness area could be detected directly, to set up the foundmental theory for the structure design.
Modal analysis based on vibration theory, the modal parameters of the analysis methods, based on the structure geometry, boundary conditions and material properties of the discrete structure, solved the structure of natural frequencies and mode shapes.
The Main Factors of Influence Wear The vertical shaft impact crusher rotor main role is to accelerate the material, its complex structure, there are three stream crossings, more ribs and multiple threaded holes.

Through the third-point bending experiment, the repairing capability and its influencing factors of two kinds of adhesive beams were analyzed from loading capacity and flexibility.
In this paper, the self-compacting concrete was chosen as the basal material to make the specimen of self-repairing concrete beams, figure 1 shows the form of specimen, finally repair performance and its affecting factors of self-repairing concrete beams were studied through the bending experiment method, so that the possibility of its application on seaport wharf will be verified.
The cyanogen gel adhesive beams did not also achieve optimal self-repairing effect in experiment, on the one hand, because the adhesive property needs to improved farther, on the other hand, self-repairing concrete needs to choose more appropriate repairing vessels.
Secondly, new repairing vessels may be coordinated with concrete material on fracture property much more, so the rupture time will be more rational.

Incorporation of Proteins with Different Isoelectric Points into Biomimetic Ca-P Coatings: a New Approach to Produce Hybrid Coatings with Tailored Properties H.
Therefore, when designing bone substitutes with outstanding properties, the implant should be not a single material but a combination of two materials.
An example of such combination is the biomimetic coating technique, which has been developed for the formation of a Ca-P osteoconductive coating on implant surfaces with high mechanical properties.
The good performance of Ca-P-coated implant depends on several factors such as the degradability of the coating and the variation in bond strength at the coating-implant surface.
This approach could be used in controlled release applications of biologically relevant proteins (e.g. growth factors) and thus control cellular interactions that are important in hard tissue regeneration.

All components of a TCC section, i.e. concrete, timber and connection system show significant time-dependent behaviours [3, 4] that depend on several factors such as stress level, moisture content, temperature and relative humidity of the environment [5].
The moisture content variations within a timber member can be affected by different factors such as environmental relative humidity changes, the size of cross-section, the location of the point within the section, the initial moisture content distribution, the wood species, the surface properties and the coating of the member and the variation of environmental temperature which is usually assumed to be negligible.
Relative humidity changes cause moisture content changes that can also affect timber behaviour and lead to fairly large deflections in timber elements.
In TCC beams, however, transferring stress/force from one component to another is inevitable due to connections and therefore, the total long-term strains can affect the internal stresses/forces.

Measurement of mechanical properties of a thin large crystallized material such as TFT-LCD panel is challenging with traditional material testing equipments.
Accurate measurement of the properties often requires very expensive facilities.
Although computational resources and algorithms might be the primary factors for obtaining higher accuracy of the numerical simulations, obtaining accurate material properties is to be a considerably important parameter for the accuracy.
Many publications are available for the measurement of mechanical properties using various equipments other than tensile test machines.
A trial combining numerical and empirical methods for the estimation of mechanical properties is presented for laminated structures [3].

Due to the booming development of the automation industry and the transportation industry, the mechanical components are prone to wear under long-term operating conditions.
Jandaghi et al. [1] studied the influence of the rolling direction on the aluminum- manganese-silicon sheet and learned that the accumulation of a large number of differential dislocations and plastic deformations will change the mechanical properties such as hardness and strength.
Curle [2] mentioned that the mechanical properties will change with the strengthening precipitates, and established the relationship of the mechanical properties and the strengthening precipitates.
Various factors will affect the hardness, tensile strength, ductility and corrosion resistance of aluminum alloy.
The reciprocating friction tester with the measuring systems is used to study the wear properties between the interfaces, as shown in Figure 1.

Introduction Conducting polymers have aroused intense interest for about half a century due to their unique electrical properties [1, 2], optical properties [3, 4], mechanical properties [1].
Because of their excellent properties, conducting polymers have been key engineering materials and found wide applications in optoelectronics.
Then, one question arises: how does the mechanical grinding affect the conductivity of the synthesized conducting polymers?
It is important to investigate the effects of the mechanical grinding on the conductivity of the polymers because the conductivity of the conducting polymers is one of the key factors that determine the performances of the polymer-based lithium-ion battery as well as the polymer-based electromagnetic shielding films.
When the two kinds of solutions were mixed with mechanical stirrer at room temperature, polymerization was started.

Measuring the cutting surface roughness of 1060 Aluminum Alloy by stereomicroscope and surfagauge, among the factor which can affect the surface roughness, the cutting traverse speed play a dominant role to control the surface roughness in the process of cutting.
Compared with machining, Electrical discharge machining (EDM) and Laser machining [8], there is no concentrated thermal stress in the process of AWJ machining, which will not change the mechanical properties and structural characteristics of the processing materials, and will not cause material deformation due to the existence of thermal stress [9].
