Because there are many factors to affect the theory of aluminum alloy corrosion fatigue, which make corrosion fatigue mechanism more complex.
So the research need to modify the experimental measurement methods, which must consider the corrosion environment in the mechanical properties and life of material structure, as much as possible to simulate the real corrosion stress environment, these can provide more reliable experimental data for theoretical analysis.

For the sake of just a punctual comparative term, the physical and mechanical properties of a conventional type refractory concrete (CRC) with a higher CAC percentage (15%) formulated with q = 0.26 was also evaluated.
Apart from the chemical and mineralogical composition, the particle size distribution is a key factor to influence the castables rheology and final mechanical properties.
q = Distribution Modulus The implementation of the Andrease´s model to refractory castables has lead in practice to improved packing and better mechanical and elastic properties, either after drying or firing at high temperatures.
Considering that the Andreasen´s distribution modulus q, is directly linked to aggregate proportions, stablishing the microstructure packing status, it is reasonable to expect that it will affect the mechanical properties of the castables, including the elastic modulus.

The intake air temperature is one of the main factors that affected the ignition advance angle.
The density of the intake air temperature affected the engine air intake, also affect the combustion of the mixture.
Thirdly, good adaptability to environment, namely, the system should has the property of shockproof, damp-proof, anti-impact and so on.
Considering there are some influence factors for the system design, such as variety of sensors, many required processing signals, a large amount of computation, real-time requirements.
So the following factors should be considered in the selection of the microcontroller

UV-Vis analysis was conducted to characterize the optical properties of Au and Au/GO samples.
This analysis shows that the thickness of GO and suitable operating wavelength are very crucial factors in optimizing the optical properties of the sensors.
Different output value as the transmittance light with wavelength of 1310 nm and 1550 nm had been obtained due to the light attenuation factors associated with the fiber optics materials and the glucose concentration [30].
This result indicates that the number of GO layers mainly influenced the sensing properties of Au/GO partial unclad SMF for detection of glucose.
To improve its sensitivity, increasing the depth of unclad area is believed able to optimize the sensing properties of the sensor.

The Processing Quality and Control Measures of the Box-shaped Piece Drawing Yuan Hongling Henan Mechanical and Electrical Engineering College, Xinxiang, Henan, P.R.
Measures to Improve the Processing Quality of the Box-shaped Piece In production, the mechanical properties, the form and the thickness of the blank, the drawing coefficient and the pressure-pad-force are the decisive factors of the forming quality of the box-shaped piece.
As one of the most important factors concerning the drawing quality, the modification of the geometry of the box-shaped piece can change the uneven sheet deformation along the blank.
Subsequently, the life of the mould and the forming quality will be affected finally [4].

Introduction Conducting polymers have aroused intense interest for about half a century due to their unique electrical properties [1, 2], optical properties [3, 4], mechanical properties [1].
Because of their excellent properties, conducting polymers have been key engineering materials and found wide applications in optoelectronics.
Then, one question arises: how does the mechanical grinding affect the conductivity of the synthesized conducting polymers?
It is important to investigate the effects of the mechanical grinding on the conductivity of the polymers because the conductivity of the conducting polymers is one of the key factors that determine the performances of the polymer-based lithium-ion battery as well as the polymer-based electromagnetic shielding films.
When the two kinds of solutions were mixed with mechanical stirrer at room temperature, polymerization was started.

In this paper, the vacuum system of ion nitriding and PCVD composite treatment furnace is advanced a complete and thorough design and calculation to select a vacuum system that is composed of mechanical booster pump and a mechanical vacuum pump, which is also called roots vaccum pumps—mechanical vacuum pumps.
At a constant temperature, the gas is electrolyzed to plasma, forming a dense nitrided layer on the surface.By the way, PCVD reactor is placed inside furnace. In the case of constant temperature and pressure, the sample was deposited a layer with the target element on the surface.Under the dual role of ion nitriding and PCVD, the sample performance is greatly improved.Ion nitriding has nitriding speed fast, excellent performance of nitrided layer, energy-saving, environmental protection and so on merit. It can effectively improve the wear resistance of steel and other metal parts, fatigue strength, corrosion resistance and anti-galling properties etc, has been widely applied In the modern manufacturing industry.
Therefore, select vacuum system consisting of mechanical booster pumps and mechanical vacuum pump:roots pump—a mechanical vacuum pump unit, the design of the unit is shown in Fig. 2.
Taking into account various factors affect exhaust speed, vacuum the calculations shown in equation(1)
DDC-JQ Solenoid with air release vacuum valves and pumps are connected to the same power, when the mechanical pump stops, the valve immediately shut down, at the same time the mechanical pump valve inlet gas to prevent mechanical pump from oil back.

The basic motion is reached by pneumatic actuator which works through the rubber bellows and it utilizes their expansion properties.
Therefore we have several requirements for possibilities of this segment, those mechanical design and its properties should be fulfilled.
The reason why we consider this influencing factor is that we assume some damping properties of a rubber pneumatic mechanism.
The values of the damping factors were used according to the works [12].
Subsequently, this area adapts to the affecting pressure in the given areas, provided that no limiting element works against the expansion.
