For dissimilar metal combinations, where the metals to be joined exhibit different mechanical properties, the thickness reduction is especially important as stated by Li et al. [9].
As only the effect of intermediate layer thickness was of interest, the 0,5 mm IF steel plate was annealed at 650°C for 30 min in order to reach the same mechanical properties as the as received plate.
However, the accuracy of about ±10 MPa is sufficient to conclude that after heating to 150°C the mechanical properties are quite similar for the two materials.
These cracks resulted in small steel fragments separating from the steel base during peel-testing, due to the large differences in mechanical properties between the fragments and base metal.

Further study showed that the titanium nano-materials only affect the shape and length of its toxicity to human cells, do not affect he bactericidal effects, therefore by controlling the shape and length of the titanium nano-materials, it can obtain nano-materials with a strong bactericidal effect but do smaller harm to human body.
Finally, all the assessments have no standard method; the different methods of the result are not comparable. 4 Nanomaterials and security 4.1 Carbon Nanotubes The CNTS have specific physical and chemical properties, there are many important applications in the fields of electronics, new energy, new composite materials, information storage and biomedicine, for this it received extensive attention, the annual output of CNTS has reached to thousands of tons, and was sustained growth.
So far, all the countries in the world have not worked out the standards of occupational health for the properties of nano-materials, who engaged in the production and processing workers almost unprotected, they are almost impossible to avoid physical contact of nano-materials.
The potential impact of nano-materials on cell culture and animal experimental studies have shown that: whether the nano-materials’s size, surface area, surface chemical properties, solubility and possibly shape would decided factors of nano-materials on life forms (mainly animal, human) Can cause injury playing a decisive role.

In this study, we focus on the property of thepower parameters.
There are several factors affect the quality of depositing thin film. One of them, the plasma status in extended head is important and being discussed in this paper.
They can affect the performance of process.
We divide the experiment into several parts andelectrical properties are presented in this study.
From these, we can observe the voltage and current properties in extended head while parameters changed in primary side: the voltage before transformed.

The effects of controlled gradual or shock water cooling were monitored on the basis of physical and mechanical properties.
This concerns both the physical and mechanical properties thereof, as well as the chemical parameters, including microstructural changes.
Degradation also occurs due to effects of extreme temperatures, as well as other factors – the duration and length of heat stress, how the heat is transferred, etc.
An imperceptible percentage of the area was affected by defects in the form of surface area spalling.

Nevertheless, powder metallurgy techniques could be used to obtain this alloy with specific properties.
Moreover, titanium has the ability to retain its mechanical properties to relatively high service temperatures; normally up to approximately 500ºC.
Concerning the mechanical properties, the variation in the hardness with sintering temperature was measured by means of a Wilson Wolpert Universal Hardness DIGI-TESTOR 930 tester performing HV30 measurements. 3.

The change of shear stress which was related to the propagation of subsurface micro crack was an important factor to affect the wear progress, so basing on the shear stress the third strength theory was used to analyze the wear progress.

If the structure is in a vibration condition, the condition will have a direct effect on the stability, functionality and comfortableness of the structure for differences of the structure system form and material properties.
Therefore, this type of free vibration complies with the conservation of mechanical energy.
For reinforced light-weight aggregate concrete beam, its stiffness EI relates to other factors which include elastic modulus of concrete, elastic modulus of longitudinal bar, quantity of reinforcement and the stirrup.
The change of the strength of lightweight aggregate concrete affects the elastic modulus of lightweight aggregate directly.

Structure Analysis of Electron Gun Deflection Coil Based on ProE/ANSYS Hailang Liua, Ruibin Zhangb and Yiping Huangc Institute of Electrical and Mechanical Engineering , Guilin University of Electronic Technology , Guangxi , Guilin, 541004, China aliuhl@guet.edu.cn, bzrb046316@163.com, chyp@guet.edu.cn Keywords: ProE; ANSYS; Deflection Coil; Finite Element Analysis Abstract.
Deflection coil is a key factors , which directly affects the result of the scan, the distribution of the electromagnetic field has a great impact on the deflection of the beam. therefore, we need study its structure and properties.
ProE Mechanical Design module is a highly efficient three-dimensional mechanical design tools.
This numerical method can be transformed into a command stream files format, for the analysis of other similar coil structures, which change the size or core geometry model material properties, we can easily make the appropriate electromagnetic field numerical analysis and get the actual required electron gun deflection coil.

Effects of Hydrothermal Parameters on Synthesized Zeolite Rice Husk Particles NURAFIQAH Rosmana and ZAWATI Harunb * Advanced Material and Manufacturing Centre, Faculty of Mechanical Engineering, Universiti Tun Hussein Onn Malaysia, Batu Pahat 86400,Johor,Malaysia aafiqahrosman@gmail.com, bzawati@uthm.edu.my Keywords: Rice husk ash, NaY zeolite, hydrothermal.
Because of molecular sieve properties along with high thermal, mechanical and chemical stabilities, zeolite is extensively used as catalyst, adsorbents, ion exchanger, liquid and gas separation, and membrane [4].
However, the synthesis of microsized NaY zeolite has received much attention owing to its special properties, such as of a highly catalytic center, high surface-atom ratio, large surface area, high surface energy and better reto-wear [5].

Introduction Titanium has been applied to various medical and dental treatments, because titanium has excellent mechanical properties and adequate biocompatibility [1].
From a materials viewpoint, the factors that affect the biological properties of dental implants can be divided into the kind of material and its surface condition.
Biochemical properties on the implant surface are affected by various surface treatments, including coating methodologies, roughening procedures, cleaning operations, and sterilization procedures.
The dental implant produced by mechanical cutting has a surface roughness Ra ranging from about 0.08 to 1.3µm [6].
