It is widely used in various building works and some large-span bridge engineering, and has become the mainstream and trend in the development of construction industry at home and abroad.
This paper, combining with the construction of steel structure engineering of Harbin theater is to explore construction technology and technical measures of steel structure under the negative temperature in northeast China in winter.
Practical hands-on training is conducted in accordance with the actual site welding thickness, material, form and weld groove orientation to accommodate on-site soldering conditions, to ensure the quality of engineering entities welding.
In accordance with the provisions of the code for construction and acceptance of building corrosion engineering, the steel surface temperature must be higher than the air temperature above the dew point3 ˚C.

The paper, based on expressway cases of foundations reinforcement by compaction grouting, presents the results of comparative test among the different traditional engineering method, including soil test, in-situ test, deflection test.
Meanwhile the soil between grouting drill is compressed, its density will be raised and its stability will be strengthened.[2] Engineering practice shows that grouting reinforcement technique is one of effective method for protescting highway subgrade from asymmetric settlement.

Analysis of the Potential of Seismic Stability for the Southern Region of Tangshan Based on ArcGIS Chengcheng Li a, Xiaoming Yuan b Key Laboratory of Earthquake and Engineering Vibration, Institute of Engineering Mechanics, China Earthquake Administration, 29 Xuefu Road, Harbin 150080, China alichengcheng113@126.com, byxmiem@163.com Keywords: ArcGIS, site seismic stability, five factors, overlay method, digitalization and visualization.
China Academy of Building Research has made a report named “The research of geology of earthquake engineering in intense seismic area of Tangshan”, which systematically analyses and summarizes the problem of geological concerns in various sites and foundations, including seismic faults, earthquake liquefaction, ground-motions, damage analysis of the seismic, and geological mapping of earthquake engineering in 1976 [2].
In order to establish the database, five factors are considered, including fault zone, engineering geological condition, hydrogeology condition, dynamic coefficient and site category.

Numerical Simulation of Safe Distance between Concealed Karst Cave and Tunnel Based on Shear Strength Reduction Method Safety Factor Catastrophe Yongbiao Lai 1,2, a, Mengshu Wang 1,b and Xinhua You 2,c 1 College of Civil Architecture and Engineering, Beijing Jiaotong University, Beijing 100044, China 2 China State Construction Engineering Corporation Technical Center, Beijing 101300, China alyb3258@126.com, bdxgc@sina.com, c78717715@qq.com Keywords: Numerical Simulation, Concealed Karst Cave, Safe Distance, Shear Strength Reduction Method, Safety Factor Catastrophe.
The safety factor of different distance between concealed karst cave and tunnel can be obtained using strength reduction finite element method numerical calculation with the finite element solution non convergence as the standard rock damage, then compare the safety factor of different distance, the catastrophe of safety factor corresponding to the distance is the safe distance between concealed karst cave and tunnel, and the plastic zone of rock stratum between concealed karst cave and tunnel is reaching run-through state, which is verified by engineering example.
For currently engineering design between concealed karst cave and tunnel is often half experience based on the previous engineering experience and giving a bigger safety stock, many engineering example, seldom theoretical research.
Safety factor of distance between concealed karst cave and tunnel Currently there are two main types of geotechnical engineering safety factor definition: overload reserve safety factor and strength reserve safety factor.
Engineering example Selecting a concealed karst cave at the lateral of the tunnel located in China YiWan railway lines as an example, concealed karst cave span is 13 meters, Karst cave span ratio is 1.1, 780 depth, rock mass density is 21.6KN/m3, poisson ratio is 0.33, elastic modulus is 6.2GPa, internal friction angle is 33 °, the Calculation model is shown in fig.1 [8].
