Analysis of the data revealed that the obtained rubber has excellent frost resistance, increased oil resistance at a satisfactory level of residual deformation after compression and strength characteristics.
The deviation of GMRG indicators from the requirements above may lead to a reduction in tightness, brittle failure of the seal, a reduction in strength, destruction (tearing) of the sealing edges of the movable seals at the moment of friction, destruction of the polymer and elastomer, and a reduction in mechanical properties [4].

The simulation results indicate that the neurofuzzy signal control consistently outperformed to the conventional actuated-coordinated controller, in terms of reduction in system-wide average delay and average number of stops per vehicle, under a wide range of traffic volumes, especially under higher demand conditions.
Fig. 5 Green extension time limits in the signal cycle The simulator collects the real-time traffic data and signal state at both intersections and sends them to the neurofuzzy controller; then the latter analyzes the data, makes decisions, and sends a control command (green extension time) to the simulator during permissive periods.
If the green time is extended, then during the extension time, the fuzzy control algorithm continues to collect data and make the next decision.
QD and QU are also put into AEN in which the objective function υ is the combined reduction of delay and number of stops and the goal is to maximize υ.
(2) The fuzzy signal control system was tested in a laboratory setting, and its performance in terms of reduction in average delay and average number of stops per vehicle was encouraging.

This approach is derived from extensive field-reliability data collected on state-of-the-art silicon power MOSFETs in compact computer/telecom power supplies that clearly suggests that power MOSFET field-failures were primarily caused by bulk material defects.
A systematic approach to "reliability-driven" power technology development is needed for dramatic reduction in cost and significant performance gains; such a methodology is yet to be realized.
Similarly, while basal plane dislocation (BPD) densities have been reduced from 104 - 105 per cm2 to about just a few hundred per cm2, there has been no more progress on reduction in the densities of threading edge dislocations (TEDs) that remain at even higher densities.

Data are acquired by CCD camera through digital image processing.
Verification and data processing are completed by computer.
Introduction With the development of science and technology, the digital measurement apparatus with microcomputer data processing are widely used, and the traditional pure mechanical indicators are gradually replaced.
The grating indicator verification apparatus transfer linear displacement into electrical signals using the principle of grating measuring length, and count and display the pulse signal though preamplifier, phase separation, shaping, electronic subdivision, then data processing is carried out by the Single-Chip Microcomputer (SCM) or PC , and the verification data are printed out.
By the analog-digital conversion and comparison of sending and receiving signals, it transmits the control signals, also completes measurement items, image processing, automatic interpretation of data and printout.

The prescription of bisphosphonates (BP) enables a considerable
reduction in the development of osteoporotic fractures.
From this data, they established an order of BPs based on their affinity to natural HA (zoledronate > alendronate > ibandronate > risedronate > etidronate > clodronate).
It is interesting to note that in none of the examples of bisphosphonate-Hap combination reported in the literature, data related to their use in pathological cases related to bone resorption disorders, namely osteoporosis, were given.
To do this, it is necessary to use clinical criteria (incriminated pathogen, spread of the infection, etc.) and pharmacologic and pharmacokinetic data concerning the medication.
Alongside this reduction, the bacterial population evolved with the appearance of variant colonies.

Abstract.
After the index system established, this paper used the data of each index from 2002 to 2013 to evaluate the sustainable development level of Baotou.
(1) Data Pre-Processed Suppose the index system is to evaluate the m th index in the n th year, then the initial data matrix , (1) Then stands for the value of the j th index in the i th year.
Result & Conclusion This paper collected the index system data from 2002 to 2013 to evaluate the sustainable development level of water resource and water utilization, the data is from the statistical yearbooks and relevant bulletins, which makes the data is scientific, and the indexes make the results of the evaluation more comprehensive, the Entropy Evaluation Method makes the consequence more corrective and objective [9].
Based on the Entropy Evaluation Method in chapter 2.2 and the data this paper collected, we get the results of the entropy value and weight of each index.

The model has been validated by numerical/experimental comparisons in terms of stiffness reduction over the number of loading cycles, considering three different applied loads.
Salkind [8] suggested to present the fatigue data in the form of S-N curves.
The calibration has been performed for both loads P1 and P2, to minimize the total error (meant as the sum of the errors for both curves) between numerical and experimental data.

Secondly, difference in the calculated plumes caused by uncertainties in the development of conceptual models suggests that the hydrogeological conceptual model should be developed based on intrinsic understanding of the transport problems and relevant data collection.
Results 4.1 Uncertainties Leaded by Non-ideal Factors Non-ideal factors for a groundwater flow or solute transport model including those produced by the filed or laboratory conditions and techniques for data acquisition.
Treatment of such uncertainties depended on the reduction of such uncertainties in both site characterization and laboratory mechanism studies.
Fig. 7 Computed groundwater contours of the site for scenarios of site grade at an elevation of 210m (left) and 205m (right) Conclusion and Discussions A model is always a simple representative of the real cases and its reliability relies on reduction of model uncertainties.
