Conductivity and dielectric analysis of cellulose based solid polymer electrolytes doped with ammonium carbonate (NH4CO3) M.I.H Sohaimy1 and M.I.N Isa2,a 1 Advanced Materials Group, School of Fundamental Sciences, 2Communication and Image Development Centre, Universiti Malaysia Terengganu, 21030 Kuala Terengganu, Terengganu, Malaysia.
Both modulus plot show a higher value at lower temperature which might be due to the material bulk effect.

The term ‘biosorption’ means the use of natural raw materials and wastes from industrial and agricultural activities to adsorb metal ions from aqueous solutions.
It is an industrial raw material obtained by carbonization of carbonaceous biomass materials in the absence of oxygen.
Experimental Methodology Collection and preparation of raw materials In the course of this research work, the water sample used was collected from a bore hole.

At present, more than 90 percent of highway asphalt pavement adopted semi-rigid materials as base and subbase, and cement stabilized crushed stones base is the most widely used in our highway construction.
The material parameters of pavement structure layer are listed in table 1.
So, it is very necessary to study the effect of the base’s material parameters on surface deflection and tension stress of base bottom.

The shearing strength of materials include two parts:friction resistance and cohesion, friction with the role of law in the shear plane is proportional to the pressure, the cohesion is the intrinsic properties of the materials, which have no relation ship with the positive pressure, namely: fc tgτ σ φ= + (1) fτ shearing strength MPa;c cohesion MPa;φ internal friction angle0.
This apparatus use the shearing process of the destruction of the largest shear stress to calculate the shear strength of asphalt materials. And the formula for calculating shear strength are as follows: 10 f FS τ = ⋅ (2) fτ shearing strength MPa; Fhorizontal shear kN;S shear area cm2.
