Geopolymer as one of the breakthrough in the searching of ordinary portland cement/concrete substitution provides many options and possibilities of using different types of pozzolanic or alumina-silica materials.
Methodology Material The basic material used for geopolymerization in this experiment is metakaolinite which was obtained by calcining kaolinite at 850ºC for 6 hours [4].
All chemical materials were supplied by PT.Bratachem® Bandung, Indonesia.

Introduction Natural Vegetable Fibers are the richest natural polymer materials in nature[1-3].
The surface layer is the homogeneous flexible plant fiber materials or modify reinforced materials, the core layer is the plant fiber foaming materials, compare with the existing natural fiber composites or wood plastic composites, the product has better physical and chemical properties and process performances, the most important is the whole process and use procedure do not take any harms to the environment, it fits for the green environmental materials.

The laser selectively fuses the powder materials by scanning 2D layers sliced from a 3D description of the part on the powder bed.
Direct experimental studies are highly difficult to be carried out due to the high temperature conditions prevailing in the material, since most of the materials are metals.
Fig 2 Temperature contour with fusion boundaries The temperature distribution is very important in this study in order to find the depth of heat penetration and also to optimize the parameters for different materials used for SLS, by understanding the physical phenomenon we have an advantage of processing new materials using this process.
