Whether a contractor will gain some profits or bankruptcy depends mainly on the payment of the engineering.
Therefore, to carry out the engineering projects smoothly, it is of great importance to choose a way of payment which is suitable to the engineering.
Position and Manner of Engineering Payment It is well known that construction engineering is special goods.
For instance, the stages of general industrial and civil buildings can be divided as foundation, structure, decoration and equipment install.
Manners of payment are an important element that affects the engineering payment.

Dynamic response is a key parameter for the engineering applications of MR damper.
Introduction Since the Magneto-rheological(MR) fluid drawn the attention of researchers again for the large yielding stress, low current requirement and contaminants tolerance in the 1980's, the applications and systems based on its controllable damping characteristics have been spread in many structural vibration suppression, such as NVH promotion in suspensions of vehicles and driver seats, safety protection in civil engineering such as bridges and mansions vibration which is resulted from wind and earthquakes, shock mitigation for mechanical systems like cannons and helicopter rotors etc.
Summary Dynamic response time is significant for the engineering applications, to accurately understand it not only in the new-designed, but also in use status is crucial in the study.

Dynamic characteristics calculation analysis on a super high-rise office building structure under seismic effect has been done by using currently popular software called PKPM in civil engineering.
Equivalent shear wave velocity of soil layer being about from 170 to 180 m/s as well as the thickness of covering layer being 60 m can be checked out in Reconnaissance Report on Geotechnical Engineering.
The anti-seismic design, analysis method and structure anti-seismic measures adopted in this paper can provide the reference for similar anti-seismic designs for super high-rise buildings in practical engineering.

Abstract.
Matrix tensile failure, fiber fracture failure, matrix-fiber shear-out, delamination in tension and adhesive failure are considered and a sudden degradation model is used to reduce engineering material constants in table 1.
Accordingly, entire failure is taken for this element and all degradation engineering material constants are 0.
According to a modified form of Hashin’s failure criterion by Shokrieh and maximum stress criterion, a sudden degradation model is proposed to reduce engineering material constants.
