Abstract:

The engineering payment is “the life blood” of construction industry, which is the core of the whole engineering contract, the foundation of carrying out construction and the root of many of its problems solved. Also, it is one of the important reasons resulted in disputes. So it is essential to select appreciate payment way according to special engineering, and it get twice the result with half the effort.
