Abstract:

The old industrial buildings can be rebuilt into competitive projects with better economic benefits, along with these, more have been transformed into socially welfare projects. Upon afterwards-evaluating on the old industrial building recycling projects which have been transformed into public welfare projects, its social benefits should be focused on. Based on the content and features of the evaluation of these old industrial building recycling projects, indicator system has been developed. With examples and the method of matrix analysis, the post-evaluation on renewable projects has been on.
