The Study of Land Supply Management under Asymmetric Information

Abstract:

At present, Real estate industry has become an important pillar of national economic development. The development of real estate gives great impetus to economic development. Land in China, as an important carrier and integrant part of real estate commodity, the way of its transfer has great influence on the price of real estate commodity. This paper deals with common problems and the harm in the process of land transfer, analyzes systematically the parties involved in land market with game theory, and proposes corresponding risk prevention measures.
