Output power, welding speed and focus point position were used as variable factors for DOE.
Introduction Austenitic stainless steels (ASS) are frequently used as construction materials of various components in chemical, petrochemical, pharmaceutical and nuclear power industries, because of their excellent corrosion resistance and good mechanical properties at elevated temperatures [1-4].
Output power, welding speed and focus point position were used as variable factors (Table 3) for statistical method Design of experiment (DOE).

Other factors and their combinations also affect the weld joint width, however their influence is less significant.

The gradation, particle size of aggregate, and mass ratio of aggregate to cement are the primary factors affecting porosity, permeability and compressive strength of PCM.
Water-to-cement ratio has minor effect on properties of pervious concrete [7].
The mixture properties of SF Paste and SF Mortar are shown in Table 1.
Both void ratio and permeability are important parameters for pervious concrete and affects the compressive strength of pavement.

It is in need of the sensor configuration data and information about its intact boundary conditions, but the necessary information regarding the structure is limited to its thickness and material properties.
It is assumed, that the degradation of the material only affects this physical parameter.
As it is an axisymmetric model, breakage is modeled by reducing the PWAS surface area via a factor.

SLM is a promising technology that offers many advantages in terms of mechanical properties and density [4].
According to Bartolomeu et al. [5], 316L stainless steel components produced through SLM have shown higher mechanical properties and tribological performance than parts created by conventional technologies.
Therefore, studying the single-track formation mechanism in accordance with process factors such as LP and speed is very decisive.
· Properties of material including density, specific heat and conductivity are temperature dependent.
The thermal properties of the Ti-6Al-4V are shown in Table 1.

Previous investigation indicated that the compound flame retardants can improve the flame retardancy of asphalt binder and cannot affect other desirable properties due to the synergistically efficient of flame retardants [3].
Asphalt aging is one of the principal factors causing the deterioration of asphalt pavements.
Dynamic shear properties were measured with a dynamic shear rheometer (DSR, MCR 101, Anton Paar Co.
Fig.1 Effect of PAV aging on LOI Fig. 2 Effect of UV aging time on LOI Dynamic Shear Properties.
The results indicate that UV aging makes the mechanical properties of the asphalt more solid-like and the changes are dependent on aging time.

Introduction Many factors have influence on the working process of the vibratory transportation and technologic machine among which can be marked out: a) errors of manufacturing and assemblage of the vibratory machine component parts; b) nonworking spatial vibrations generated as a result of manufacturing and assemblage; c) rigidity of the working member; d) properties of the load under processing; e) characteristics of the vibro-drive; f) vibration parameters of the working member.
Research into influence of the mentioned factors on the working processes of the vibratory transportation and technologic machine traditionally envisages model and physical experiments.
The Possible Constructional Errors The elastic units and elements connected to them play an important role in the mechanical systems of vibro-machines [1].
Even deviations in the limits of tolerances cause nonworking vibrations at high amplitudes of vibration, which affect the quality of the technologic processes [3, 4].
The next factor affecting the working process is inaccuracy of transmission of the exciting force on the working member.

In this process selecting appropriate values for process variables is essential in order to decide upon metal transfer and subsequently control the heat input into the workpiece from which reliable predictions could be made about the metallurgical, mechanical properties and performance of the welded joints.
A five level five factor rotatable central composite design was used to collect the welding data and the weld dilution was modeled as a function of wire feed rate, welding voltage, nozzle-to-plate distance, welding speed and gas flow rate.
Since welding is considered to be a multi input and multi output process, therefore, the quality of a welded joint is directly affected by the input welding variables during the welding operation.
Thus, in the present research work an attempt is made to make use of five-level five-factor rotatable central composite design for generating the experimental data with the objective of modeling the gas metal arc welding process for predicting weld dilution.
Other properties of these models can be found at in [7].

But due to the complexity of its structure and the error analysis, and the diversity of the factors affecting error of convex contour surface, according to this processing priciple, can be concluded as cutting tool error, center distance error, offset errors and the cam rotary errors, and so on.
This article is about a method that author summarize in practice, and the error in calculating is certainly affected by some factors in other aspects, however, it can be regarded as an easy way in practical application. the method has been processed and verified by reality, and it has some practical value.

The occurrence of hot tearing phenomenon under different cooling conditions is discussed and evaluated based on the competition between these opposing factors during the solidification process.
Introduction The interaction between mechanical and thermal factors during solidification can bring about defects like cracks, residual stress, hot tear, and distortion [1].
Cooling rate, in addition to grain size, affects grain morphology.
The eutectic melt at the grain boundary prevents the bridging of dendrite arms, and the geometry of the eutectic melt affects the grain boundary cohesion strength.
Since in the inner section of hot spot the solidifying grains are separated by liquid films, and the bridging between dendrite tips are not strong enough, the mechanical properties are mostly controlled by the first solidified layer.
