At present, several domestic large-scale professional energy-saving building materials enterprises were developed on the above indexes, such as New Construction Materials (Shanghai) Company Limited and Ji'nan Shengquan Group Company Limited.
These companies based on the modification of phenolic resin foam and process optimization, the sheet production has high obturator rate, low water absorption rate, has good toughness, good flame retardant, low smoke emission characteristics.
The production has solved the traditional phenolic foam poor toughness, easy to slag, high water absorption and shortcomings, and at very high temperatures and mechanical loads, deformation and creep are small, ensuring product integrity of structure and dimensional stability.
With waterproof moisture characteristic, phenolic foam has good obturator structure, low water absorption, water vapor permeability ability, in the cold does not occur dew.

Electric vehicle battery-swap station replaces battery for long mileage and charging not timely,charges the unloaded battery by the ground charging system,meets the technical,economic and operational needs.In this model,the crux of problem is ready battery storage space and how to realize quick and easy battery-swap.Because of the large weight of the battery pack and the professional requirement of battery-swap,the swap station needs to be equipped with professionals and specialized machinery to quickly replace the battery,charge and maintain.Using this model,the advantages are as the following:
1)Electric vehicle users can rent a fully charged battery,swap the depleted batteries,this methed can help to improve vehicle efficiency,and can improve user convenience and quickness;
2)Taking advantage of low down time to recharge the unloaded battery can reduce the charging cost and improve vehicle operation economic efficiency;

Thermal effects of heavy metals make coal and rock coals of highly enriched surface water through cracks , porosity development in the fire zone or carrying of heavy metals into groundwater inflows , causing pollution of water resources.
Underground coal fire burning in an empty area will form a burn due to stress changes, will burn out area collapsed , changing the distribution of surface water .

In the study, two types of propolis extracts were used which were prepared in different solvent environment (50 % ethyl alcohol – 50 % pure water; 47 % propylene glycol – 53 % pure water).
Although healthcare professionals need to change their masks periodically, it is known that they do not have the opportunity to change their masks as often as necessary during emergencies [2].
As it is given, the solvent of Extract 1 (E-1) is a mixture of ethyl alcohol and pure water, whereas propylene glycol and pure water were used as the solvent in Extract 2 (E-2).

Each team shall organize to study new theories and advanced technology regularly; visit developed areas or urban areas with remarkable achievements; regularly screen pollution sources and master the latest information; hold the experience exchange meetings and seminars to exchange and summarize the work experience; set up the monitoring sections and points at Beidaihe and adjacent sea basin regions to conduct the dynamic monitoring on rivers formed from runoffs by the rainfall and on water quality change in offshore areas to master timely the water quality dynamic change and offer effective data for leaders to make decisions.
Based on each special team’s work and various professional teachers of Environmental Management College of China to offer corresponding supports in such respects as the personnel, knowledge, technology and communication etc.
