Introduction
In order to monitor the opening and closing state of a reservoir sluices remotely and automatically both at the on-the-spot scene and the remote dispatch center, set up a real-time sluice operating database, optimize the dispatching of these sluice and water resources, and run the whole project scientifically,safely,economically and efficiently, some computer, network, communication and control technologies are used comprehensively to collect and analyse the data of rainfall, water-level, flow-level, height of water gate, and the operating data of electrical equipments in this system.
