Time-dependent brittle deformation is a foundational process operating in the underground engineering.
To study the evolution of dilatancy and the associated long-term behavior of granite under low confining pressures, three constant stress tests were conducted at the Rock Engineering Research Centre of The University of Hong Kong.
Therefore, we are carrying out more creep tests (confining pressure: 0-15 MPa) in order to investigate mechanical creep behavior of Beishan granite under low confining pressure, which is expected to be very useful in evaluating long-term behavior of underground research laboratory and the excavations of underground engineering.

This paper was based on construction cost indexes of Xiamen, 11 feature attributes were extracted, including engineering purposes, engineering categories, and 3 predictors including square metre cost.
Access was used to build engineering case library.
Engineering evaluation just has this feature, upon which, engineering evaluation model of Xiamen on case-based reasoning was designed and reretrievaled in the paper.

Further, the surface temperature of the cement concrete pavement and building roof could be decreased greatly in the summer by applying CFRC on the surface of the civil structure.
