Introduction Study of materials with potential applications in medicine, information technologies and other fields is topical in present polymer chemistry [1].
The formation of oxidized structures is examined by RBS technique and surface wettability by goniometry.
The decline is faster for HDPE possibly due to higher content of new, oxidized structures [9].
Decline in the contact angle observed on water etched samples is probably due to dissolution of oxidized structures from the surface of plasma modified PE.
This may be explained by removal of a part of modified surface layer containing oxidized structures by etching.

Introduction K-feldspar belongs to the feldspar group minerals, it′s a frame-like structures silicate and its molecular formula is KAlSi3O8, the theoretical composition of K-feldspar is K2O: 16.9%, SiO2:64.70%, Al2O3:18.40% [1].
Its crystalline structure as shown in Fig. 1, the molecular skeleton is composed of silicon-oxygen tetrahedron [SiO4]4- and aluminum-oxygen tetrahedron [AlO4]5- and potassium ions is filled in the voids of the skeleton to balance the excess negative charge, which form a solid tetrahedral network structure[2].
Fig. 1 Idealized feldspar crystal structure Many studies had focused on the pyrolysis of K-feldspar, the addition of fluxes and mechanism of action [3-5].

We have shown that the anisotropy of the impact ionization coefficients is attributable to the anisotropy of saturation velocity originated from the electronic structure of 4H-SiC.
Deep mesa for the isolation and the termination of pin diodes was formed using inductively coupled plasma (ICP) reactive ion etching in SF6 chemistries.
Thus, we must pay attention to the direction of the high electric field when the reverse voltage is applied in designing the structure of power devices made of 4H-SiC.
Monte Carlo calculations of 4H-SiC have shown that saturation velocity and carrier temperature depend on the direction of the electric filed; when the electric field is applied along the c-axis, the increase of carrier velocity due to electric field is suppressed by the band folding due to large period along c-axis of the crystal structure of 4H-SiC[5].
The origin of the anisotropy of the impact ionization coefficients is the anisotropic saturation velocity, which originates from the electronic structure of 4H-SiC.

The structure of the nanocomposites was studied using X-ray diffraction (XRD) and transmission electron microscope (TEM).
By using XRD, we can evaluate the clay dispersion by two possible cases, if a peak is seen at larger d-spacing than in the pristine clay, that indicating an intercalated structure.
If no peak is seen, that may indicate either an exfoliated structure or disordering of the clay layers.
Thus it can be indicated that the structure of nanocomposite is intercalated.

Introduction Carbon nanofiber and carbon nanofiber (CNT/CNF) has been widely used in chemistry, chemical engineering, materials science, biology, medical science and other fields because of their excellent properties.
They thought about how to control the CF surface structure, diameter, length and mechanical properties for the preparation of high-strength bulk materials.
(a) (b) Influence of CCVD process on the structure of CNT/CNF.
By observing the morphologies of nano carbon got under different preparation processes, we can conclude as follows: (1) The shape, size and crystal structure of plating nickel particles, the temperature, time and atmosphere of CVD and many other factors impact on the morphology of nano carbon growth in situ on the surface of carbon fibers.

These films are crystalline having hexagonal structure.
Any additional peaks because of the addition of impurities not observed, there is no change in the crystalline structure of lead iodide this means that there is a few percentage of impurities.
The lattice constants (a) and (c) of hexagonal crystal structure were calculated using the following relationship [9]: (2) where d is the inter planar spacing and (hkl) represented Miller indices of the lattice.
XRD peaks indicated that incorporation of ion do not change the crystal structure of the PbI2 nanostructures.

Acoustic emission method detects only the active changes in structure, which means that geometric discontinuities do not produce acoustic emission activity [4].
AE is the term for the noise emitted by material and structures when they are subjected to stress.
Acoustic emission system DAKEL with software XEDO has been applied for continuous monitoring of concrete structure loading.
